Getting our car took a matter of days. Golan was constantly in touch with us; providing us with updates. His warm and friendly manner took the stress out of a potentially stressful situation. Our "hands were held" every step of the way. From choosing the car that was right for us, to financing... it all went so smoothly... We love our car. But, the aggressive sales tactics of the entire staff were a little much. I happened to need a car (I was about to bring mine in for some massive repairs) and fell in love with the pre-owned Jeep I was sold. So, I bought it. But, if you're an educated consumer, shop elsewhere. Tried to help ease the burden of taking 6 hours of my time with a few oil changes. It helped, but then I ran into some other issues, without which this might have been a positive review. Only one key fob came with the SUV, didn't work properly for the first 6 weeks despite two visits back. Hopefully, I can get into my car, again, now. Also, apparently there was some issue with my VIN number. Can't get someone to call me back and I'll likely have to take a day off to visit the DMV. Yikes! Shouldn't be my responsibility. Hurry up to sell the car, but not to solve your issues afterwards. Too bad, some follow through would have made this a 4 star review. Great relationship building by Golan. Good guy. More

I walked into Honda on Sept 13th bearing the results of a three year life change and ensuring credit plunge with little hope of finding something I could afford and visiting my son up in Boston without fearing an I.95 breakdown. Marv not only healed my rapidly shrinking ego but saw I was upset. He cared about me in way that, well,got me to write this heart felt review.
