We came in to inquire about leasing a new vehicle wit We are extremely upset and disappointed with the sales and management staff at Huntington Honda. We came in to inquire about leasing a new vehicle with them and possibly returning a current leased vehicle from Subaru early. We were assured by Andrew that we could end our Subaru lease any time and that it wouldn’t be a problem and that Honda would take care of it and allow us to lease the new vehicle and give back the old that day. The only reason we agreed was because we were assured it wouldn’t be a problem with Subaru and Honda would take care of the rest of that lease. We took home the new Honda, and not too long after we received a phone call from Subaru stating we were still responsible for the lease payments. Andrew at Honda had apparently lied to us or maybe didn’t realize Honda wasn’t actually going to take care of the old lease. What kind of salesmanship is that? Lie to your customers just to get them to sign into a new lease so you can make your commission? Incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable. All the management was able to do was make a deal where Honda would pay half the old lease payments and we were responsible for the other half. This is also unacceptable. Own up to your mistakes and take care of the customer. More

Came buy a car and got disappointed I can't even Huntington Honda a few days ago on the assumption that I was going to get a bargain for a vehicle of a older model soon as I arrived I fo I can't even Huntington Honda a few days ago on the assumption that I was going to get a bargain for a vehicle of a older model soon as I arrived I found out not to be true and also had to let Michael the service manager know that was very disrespectful what he have done first and foremost I'm referring to the situation where I'm looking at a 2014 car that has rear end damage Oz showing me the car and Michael the service manager comes out and stated to me oh maybe this is not the car for you you've been opening and closing the door for over a half hour and I said to him how disrespectful can you be as a service manager to say to me when I'm looking at a used car that been in an accident what you think I should do other than open up the doors and check the car where you have against that you mean to tell me customers should not look and see what they going to buy all this money you're selling for I think that was so disrespectful as a service manager to respect their customers and say to them why you opening and closing the door so much when they check it for damages how Petty can you get how disrespectful can you get what are you trying to hide you don't want customers to open and close the door and check for damages when a car was rear-ended that shows me some deception in your cells practice when you don't allow customers to look at the car and allow them to take the time to look at a car and respect them is customer going to spend good money for all the car shows me your practice is not the best or maybe this person is not the best he should not be in a position to oversee a company if he's going to act like that to his customers 2nd and wall he stated to me that I'm wasting his time because I ain't bring a suitcase full of money to buy the car and spot after he told me to stop opening and closing the door how to spec for is that to tell me I'm wasting your time where I traveled 45 minutes to an hour to come see a car where you telling me don't look at the car this bike blindfold I'm feel so bad when I got home and told my wife this I've been through she said you need to write everyone you can and report this person because I don't think that's Fred salesman practice to say that to a customer after the customers just looking at the car that's where you come to do he should be welcoming that because you have to know what you're buying because he is not going to guarantee forever all the companies that going to guarantee you forever so well bye bye after a certain. Of time is yours and I might have to deal with it so who it may concern your service manager Michael did a very poor job with dealing with me cuz he allowed the money to go through his fingers and send me on my way because he's saying to me and stayed it to me I was on my way then I'm wasting his time because I ain't put a down payment after seeing the car all they were doing was pressuring me to buy the car now oh and if I don't take a credit card and give it to him I'm wasting his time if I don't give him cash right now waist this time he stated to me I'd his own mouth it had me thinking like wow is he really saying these things to me telling me through this car might not be for me out his own mouth and service manager now and this is his way of dealing with people is this me cuz I am a person of color I do he do this to all his customers that sit in front of him treat him so poorly disrespectful treat me like I have no money like I'm waist this time that's his job to sell cars he can't pressure somebody to Old you should have brought the money with me he stated to me why I'm wasting his time why you don't have no money or you going shopping after you leave here so you have money on you so why you not buying the car at his own mouth this is what you saying to me is this the way you treat your customer I just me I don't know I'm confused because I can't hit by a car T talk so proper come on down and check the car with a person come down and check the car I have called knowledge so I'm looking at the car in the doors in the rear don't close properly I'm asking questions no one's answering me so what do you expect to a customer to do when the service people don't even have no understanding of the car and how the car work so I'm writing this in behalf of the people that has a problem with Huntington Honda and I just join the bandwagon because I was treated so poorly when I came down into the you spend my hard-earned money on this old vehicle that I did like and I will take it for what it was worth but the service manager treated me so poorly and allow me to leave I think that was terrible on his behalf he should not be in that position if he treat his customers in this will matter when people come to buy a car from him you can't say oh why didn't you bring the money to buy it that's up to the person to make that decision you don't make that decision for the customer the customer might have to think it over let them make the decision so I'm writing this letter to whom it may concern to report this service manager Michael as being a person that should not be in the position he's in the oversea a multimillion-dollar company where he's sending people on their way because they don't bring a suitcase of money to buy a car on the spot after he stated to them stop looking at the car so much this is burning a hole in my head because I am so heated from that situation by Hamlett property I didn't say anything to him except for I approached him and said that that was wrong the way you spoke to me and you never apologize and I feel like he really meant it because if you don't apologize or something and know that you did wrong you meant to do it and you don't want to do it again so thank you again Michael for chasing way a person who really like the car but your actions speak louder than words in your words speak louder than the way you should be treating your customers don't talk to people like that and act that way to people that xxxx to look at a used car that been to other people hands and don't know what they buying they came take the time out to look at it you should be welcome you welcome that they look at the car unless you have something to hide and that's to make your business an unfair business and I'm going right every place I possibly can to report the situation and even to Honda if I have to because I don't think that I was treated properly in this manner when I came to spend money on a old vehicle into it may concern this is a person it has interest in the car and yes service manager this destroyed that purchase by stating the things that he did is this the way a sales manager is supposed to act and that's just part of the problem I have more to say but I'm not going to sit here all day I'm going to write other areas in other places about the situation and I have more to say everyone when I get back to me I'm here to listen and talk to and I could relay more of the things that happen at day is all stuck in my head left a bad taste in my mouth dealing with Huntington Honda service manager bad news talk down to people like he's on top of the world then on top of it the salesmen Marvin I spoke to yesterday stated to someone's going to call me back about the purchase and never did care less about my money to spend with this company what do you mean give you respect the calling me that Mom is stated to me that they will call me back in a few minutes and that was over 48 hours ago so I ain't holding my breath for that More
