My uncle financed a used car from Huntington Honda. They did their best to help get him in a 2010 Nissan. The salesman went as far as to make my uncle think he took $200 bucks out of his own pocket to cover did their best to help get him in a 2010 Nissan. Only to be told by the manager Anthony, he didn't need to pay the salesman, the registration, plates, taxes, and fees are all on his loan. Then three weeks into having the car he started noticing the transmission slipping and the wheel barring sensor winding down. He brought the car in and spoke to Anthony. He assured my uncle that it wasn't an issue and encouraged him to keep driving the car and see if it was a regular occurrence. He told my uncle not to worry if anything was wrong "they" would take care of it and shook my uncle's hand. After a while my uncle noticed that it was happening again. He brought the car back to find a new person, Lorenzo. When he asked him where Anthony was he was told that "Anthony is gone". Lorenzo says there is no formal record of him coming in and now he was pasted is lemon law warranty. His attempt to help my uncle was offering $5000 to him as a trade in (on the car he just bought for $8500) then said they would have to add the balance of $3500 to his new finance. So basically he bought a car for $8500 and they will take the car back and give him $2500 towards a new vehicle???? After going online we found there is a class action lawsuit for this model Nissan bc of transmissions seizing. Also, when I reviewed his paper work there was a $1000 charge for a tire warranty he didn't even know he was getting. He belongs to Costco and always buys his tires there. He would NEVER purchase a $1000 tire warranty for $360 tires!!!! This place is a trap for seniors and people with disabilities. They saw my uncle was old and disabled and they took advantage of him and his limited income. He is now in a position where he is stuck with this vehicle. We have contacted the state's attorney general's office as well as Honda's corporate offices and the BBB. This kind of practice is outrageous. I do not recommend anyone doing business with them. I will not stop making complaints until something is done about this. Next, I will be contacting the AAPD! More

Bad experience - CRV We had a terrible experience at Huntington Honda. We were there to return our leased car recently. Salesman Vinson immediately went over our options and convinced us to go again with Huntington Honda. We have been customers of Huntington Honda for almost 5 years and decided to go again with them. I got a test drive on a CRV with a push start engine and a bigger screen. I liked the car and we started the negotiation for the car. All this while I am thinking I am negotiating on the car i got the test drive in, but the salesperson was negotiating on a lower car model. We strike a deal on an agreed upon price and I told him I would come to pick up the car in a day or so and sign the final papers. When I went to sign the final papers, salesman did not offer to show me the car before. He rushed me into signing the papers and lastly give me the keys. I was shocked to see that the car did not have a push start, nor did it had any of the other features. I was disappointed, shocked and could not process what just happened. I told the salesperson that this was not the car i signed up for to which he responded that this is the car that we have been negotiating all this while. I went home still not able to process what just happened. I went to see the salesman again the very next day frustrated and after a long discussion he said he would not be able to do anything. He brought the sales manager Barry Weckstein. The sales manager was rude and even went to the extent saying he did not want my business because of the low monthly installment offered. This was the limit. We walked out of the showroom hoping to never come back here for any future business. They take advantage of people and rush people into purchasing cars, so they can make their commissions and ultimately profit with no regards to customer service. Take your business somewhere else. More

He was patient with answering our questions and was attentive in terms of highlighting the safety features, which was our primary concern. Prior to picking up our CRV , he kindly accommodated my request for me to come in earlier that day in order to help become familiar with learning how to operate the various controls on the screen and steering wheel. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to go see John at Huntington Honda, for leasing or purchasing a new car. More

During my most recent visit I had the pleasure of working with Andrew, who kindly informed me that this might be a good time to consider replacing my beloved car with a newer model. Although this was not the news I was expecting, Andrew took the the time to provide the reasons why it may no longer be worth investing more money and time into the ongoing repairs. Thank you Andrew for your honesty and guidance in helping me accept that it was time to say goodbye to this car and move on to my new CRV. I am now a 20 year loyal customer and plan to continue having my new car serviced at this location. More
