Shaikh got involved and even though we initially weren’t able to come to an agreement, it was always professional and very business like, resulting in a pleasant parting of ways. The following day JP reached out to let me know they wanted to do their best to get me into the car I really wanted (which is in very limited supply, especially in my first choice of color - red) at a price I’d be happy with. We quickly reached an agreement and I purchased the car and am so happy with it. While I kept waiting on other dealers to answer my questions, or respond to my offers, JP always was quick to get me an answer and helped make the whole process smooth, and finally getting the car I really wanted exciting and enjoyable.
