Completely misled us and lied to us about the promotion being offered. Upon leasing our car with them in May, we only ever looked at the CRV. We asked if the promotional offer of no payments till October a being offered. Upon leasing our car with them in May, we only ever looked at the CRV. We asked if the promotional offer of no payments till October applied to this car and we were told yes, twice. Now, just one month later, I am being told I owe a payment because that offer only applied to the pilot and HRV (I looked nor expressed interest in neither of these cars). We asked multiple times if the offer applied to us and were told yes. I couldn’t feel more misled and this has tainted our whole experience. They also had the wrong car ready for us upon pick up, and I drove off the lot with a non-detailed non-washed car due to their lapse. Our family has gotten cars from this dealership before, and they have lost what could have been lifelong customers because they refused to rectify this situation for us. Very upsetting all around. UPDATE: After working with Trish, she was extremely professional and certainly rectified the situation for me. I still have to comment on the unprofessionalism of Dayshon and Hassan, who would not relay me to the proper person upon calling and refused to help me. I reached out to Trish directly after finding her email on here and she was extremely professional, helpful, and made sure to raise the issue with the appropriate people and made things right. I truly appreciate her for this. I am updating my rating for the dealership and for Trish, but my rating for Dayshon and Hassan stands. More

I would like to start off by saying that the sales team is a pleasure to work with, especially Desiree. She is not your typical salesperson. I did not feel pressured at all. She values customer service and making the client happy over commission. I would definitely return to work with her. The finance team on the other hand was the total opposite. Absolutely clueless. I could do their job 10X better than them and I have never worked in sales, a car dealership or finance. I am not sure where they hire these people from but they need to do a better job. I live 26 miles from the dealership but wanted to work with Desiree so I made an effort to travel so I had a long commute just to get to the dealership at a rough traffic time. I was rushed into returning to pickup my car on a Monday night so I did my best to get there at a reasonable time so we could all work together, however when I arrived I had to wait for the finance representative Jonathan for over 45 minutes at 7pm at night so we were off to a bad start. Then as I am signing the paperwork I noticed that it did not look right but didn’t say anything at first as I already had a bill of sales so there shouldn’t have been any issues. It wasn’t until it was time to pay that I realized that the documents that I were signing were indeed incorrect as the finance department did not bill it correctly at all! Not only was the tax not correct, not once but twice!!! I have to pay a higher rate as I live in NYC ☹. On top of that Jonathan was trying to change the purchase price of the car by added back a $1250 cash incentive, that was due to come off the final price of the car, back onto the purchase price claiming I had to pay tax on the incentive, however it was already calculated on the bill of sales so there was no need to add it back on!! He was acting like it was not a big deal as the difference was only $110. I should not have to pay more than what was originally signed off in the first place, even if it indeed was a mistake, which it was not. I am not sure if they were trying to scheme something or if they were just clueless on how basic math and taxes work. I am a college graduate and he was trying to make me look stupid. Bad mistake! He acted as if he was correct and he wanted to explain what he was talking about, however he wasn’t making any sense. No one could explain to me how the bill of sales I signed on Sunday did not match the documents I was signing on Monday. All I was asking was how the documents could not be identical. The manager came over and he was not much help either. When I explained the situation to him he didn’t seem to understand, or didn’t want to understand, and then acted as if he was doing me a favor by changing the paperwork to reflect the original bill of sales signed off on Sunday. They were both very unprofessional. They made everything soo much harder than it needed it to me. To top off all of this the process to just pickup the car and sign a few documents took over 2 hours, a process which should have taken no more than 15 minutes! I spent over $40K at this place. I think a little more respect and appreciation was in order. If it weren’t for the sales team I don’t think I will ever return to this dealership. Just beware when you have to deal with the finance team. More
