Stay away from this dealership! Their only interest is how much money can they make on you. At about one year in, my son had to get out of his lease due to a relocation. We went into the Huntington Honda, since we leased the car from there and were told it would take $5000 to get out of the lease. They said come back in two months to see if the market had changed. At this point, the market had changed because used car prices were skyrocketing. On this return visit, now with a different person, the price to get out of the lease was now $5700. We did not take the offer and were told to come back in six months. They never gave us any other options to do. What we ended up doing was calling the leasing company directly and explained the situation. They said they could help. They came down to inspect the car and one month later we were out of the lease for $502. When I confronted Huntington Honda today, they played the dumb act. Maybe it was market conditions and how would we know that the leasing company would let you out (remember, this is the leasing company they used to get us the car in the first place)? We can not be the first people that needed to get out of a lease. The dealership should have some idea of different exit plans when this situation occurs. We do not believe that they had no idea how to get out of a lease besides paying them $5700. They chose to keep us coming back so they could profit. More

This dealership was extremely professional & courteous. The response time from my initial inquiry until the salesperson Nick Marotta called me was much faster than other dealerships that I contacted. Based on the proximity from my residence to the dealership, all of my communication with Nick was via phone, text & email until I picked up the car. I was referred to David Fyffe from Huntington Honda and he was amazing!! It was my first time purchasing a brand new car and he made the experience so fun. He is so full of energy and gave me the feeling t he was amazing!! It was my first time purchasing a brand new car and he made the experience so fun. I would like to mention that I work with Victoria Mena in the service department. She consistently exceeds the expectations of service delivery in her position with Huntington Honda. I feel as though her delivery of service for her customers in my opinion as a customer, sets a new standard in my vehicle service experience. She is a very competent individual that has continually ensured the appropriate service for my vehicle. She is very courteous and friendly and very easy to deal with. My overall experience with the delivery of service I receive from Huntington Honda has surpassed my personal expectations of the service experience. Victoria is very patient, helpful and knowledgeable as well. Speaking with her always helps me to get exactly what I need. This is my second vehicle purchase form this dealership and I continue to tell family and friends about my positive experiences with this particular dealership. I might add I drive a half hour out of my way to continue to get services from Huntington Honda.
