I recently bought a used 2019 Civic LX from Huntington Honda, my third car from the dealership. It was a stressful situation... my last Honda was totaled in an accident, luckily no injuries, but it was to Honda, my third car from the dealership. It was a stressful situation... my last Honda was totaled in an accident, luckily no injuries, but it was tough trying to find any kind of car in the current environment. The sales consultant I worked with, Antonio Solis, and the pre-owned sales manager, Ken Skeen, were both very helpful; they understood when I told them I needed a day or two before making my decision. That flexibility helped bring me back! Will definitely return in the future. More

I was experiencing issues with my 2015 Honda Accord and I took it to your service department at Huntington Honda on 7/16/22. The service I received was exceptional and exceeded my expectations. Greg and Desiree were great sales people. Service was good but once they sold you the car, they seem a lot uncaring about your needs and concerns. after ownership of about five weeks we noti Service was good but once they sold you the car, they seem a lot uncaring about your needs and concerns. after ownership of about five weeks we noticed a discoloration on the Honda Civic EXL driver side back door. Surface was rough, sticky and discolored, no shine to door and gas tank area. Brought it back claim they could not do anything and they recommended i take it to a body shop and try to claim from insurance for vandalism. i said how is it that the door handle color was intact. The Geico authorized dealer said it was a bad paint job that was done due an apparent damage covered up. Several attempts were made to reach Desiree but she totally ignored all my messages as they do not want to take responsibility. i asked her if they would be willing to split the cost for re painting and i got absolutely no response. Bad customer service. I would not recommend Huntington Honda. More

My family has always bought their cars from Huntington Honda; Not just because we are Honda people and they are great cars, but because the experience is much different than other dealerships. Oscar was a Honda; Not just because we are Honda people and they are great cars, but because the experience is much different than other dealerships. Oscar was a great person to work with. He was helpful, understanding of my financial situation, honest and straight to the point, never trying to push financing to raise his bottom line. He completely relieved me of any stress. It was such a pleasurable experience and as usual I was very happy to purchase from them. I could clearly see the reason why, during a car shortage and terrible inflation; when no one seems to be in any other dealership, the place was full of people. So happy as usual! Highly recommend.
