Let’s starts off by saying two months ago I purchased a 2023 Honda pilot from Huntington Honda. As of recently I needed to pick up a newer commuter vehicle. I walked into the dealership and was greeted immediately by a lovely young woman who said she’d page someone to come assist me. Before her message could be completed Gio walked over. A friendly nice down to earth gentleman. He walked me around the lot with a handful of keys and answered all my questions. Then we walked in and spoke to Glenn. Just like Gio he is a friendly down to earth gentleman. We talked about everything laughed and had an awesome experience. Everyone there treated me and my father like we were family. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Huntington Honda. So if you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle go see the team at Huntington Honda. I felt both Jonathan and Johnny were upfront and honest right from the start. There are fees that are involved and they understood how I felt. They explained to me that much of it goes to the guaranteed, new tires, new brake pads, and oil change. They provided the work order and car fax for me to take home right in the beginning. I experienced little, of the usual selling tactics that I’ve gone through with my previous 4 places. I was able to actually go home and think about it…which is saying a lot! Overall, working with Johnny was a pleasure, felt like I was dealing with a real person who also supported the customer rather than become a tactical adversary. I was able to be in constant communication with Jonathan and in the end I purchased a beautiful car that was reasonably priced even with the fees. I also purchased the Honda Wrap plan that was very difficult to pass up. Jonathan took good care of me, also going above and beyond, washing the car again per my request and helping me fill the tank more than he had to…without my request. Just a friendly straight up guy! Overall, no gimmicks and I had a great experience. It’s a good, honest dealership and I’m a happy customer! More

I am very displeased with the service at Huntington Honda. I purchased my 2022 Honda Pilot, new, in August 2022. It has been back to the service department 3x for an Emission System problem. My car Honda. I purchased my 2022 Honda Pilot, new, in August 2022. It has been back to the service department 3x for an Emission System problem. My car has 6,000 miles and is garaged. The latest problem is they want me to pay more than $800 to fix the Emission System. There is (according to them) water in the emission canister, which could be due to the fact that I drove the car through a puddle!!! So, I guess it's safe to say I cannot drive my car if it rains!!! My car is not abused and it is in the garaged. I am retired and at 6,000 miles, that is much less than average for 10 months. Seriously, the warranty will not cover the replacement because it was an "Act of God"?? I do not drive through puddles!!! Even so, this reasoning is faulty, since they are saying you better not drive your Honda Pilot if it's raining because I will have to pay more than $800 every time to have it fixed. This is not acceptable! I have already paid $180 for the part to be ordered, but I am upset that I will be charged an additional $600 + in order to fix my car. Since driving through a puddle could cause this damage, I believe it is a design flaw of the 2022 Pilot and should be covered under the warranty. More
