We had been looking for a new family car for months, we walked into Huntington Honda over the Summer, and Nicholas Gerde greeted us. Nick was so welcoming and answered all of our questions. Given that we do not live close to Huntington, we probably passed 3 other dealerships on our way to Huntington, but it was important for us to deal with Nick. Nick treated us so well, was so knowledgeable, and was attentive to all our needs, that we knew we had to go back and see him. We recently drove off with our new Honda Pilot and could not be happier! Nick made everything so extremely easy - he is so professional, and we'd 100% recommend Nick Gerde to anyone needing a new car. Went in for an electrical issue and they told me that I needed a brand new alternator. The story did not add up because my car was checked by another dealer who said my alternator was fine And was per needed a brand new alternator. The story did not add up because my car was checked by another dealer who said my alternator was fine And was performing at normal levels. The battery connections needed to be cleaned hence the issue arose. The car is in perfect condition and performing well. Obviously Huntington Honda charges client for issues that does not exist. This is extremely deceptive. More
