I would like to say that Mike Grimaldi is the reason I ended up leasing my 2011 Pilot from Huntington Honda. I have been leasing cars for many years, and working with Mike has been by far the best car experience I have ever had. He was very to the point and did not play any games. His word was his word, and it never changed once. I am loving my Pilot, but I would have to say that the main reason I will be back to lease another car from Huntington Honda is to work with Mike again. I know I will have someone who is great to deal with, honest, reliable and trustworthy. I will recommend him to everyone I know who is in the market for a new car. More
Barry was very friendly, approached us soon after we walked through the doors. Explained everything in great detail and answered all our questions. Came in on his day off just to personally deliver the walked through the doors. Explained everything in great detail and answered all our questions. Came in on his day off just to personally deliver the car to us. Had the car clean and ready to drive out. Showed me how to use the console and all the interior features the car had. Even gave me a red bow, which he tied to the rear view mirror for good luck. No complaints :) More

Generally, all Honda dealerships on Long Island have a very cavalier attitude towards selling / leasing their vehicles in this market... take it or leave it. Huntington Honda at least gave you all of th very cavalier attitude towards selling / leasing their vehicles in this market... take it or leave it. Huntington Honda at least gave you all of the cost elements in leasing our Accord right up front. Other area dealerships were less forthright... gradually increasing the end game cost of the lease during the process, wasting a lot of everyone's time. Ultimately, the least cost of our Honda would have been the same, whether we purchased through Honda city, Nardy or Huntington Honda... but Huntington was the most forthright. More
Huntington Honda seems to always go the exra mile for me and my family. I have a 2008 Odyssey touring that I love, and Huntington Honda always takes care of it for me. I was going on a road trip earlier th and my family. I have a 2008 Odyssey touring that I love, and Huntington Honda always takes care of it for me. I was going on a road trip earlier this year and they did a FREE multi point inspection on my car, and found that my brakes were low and I needed 2 new tires! Andrew in service was nice enough to give me a free brake inspection coupon. Alex gave me a great package deal on everything. Everyone there is so friendly and always asking if I need coffee which is great because I am an early bird so I always go at 7 am. They also have a play area for my kids, which is great because i can get some work done on my laptop. My lease is up in 3 months and I cant wait to get another Odyssey! More
I was recommended to Huntington Honda by my neighbor who bought 3 cars there before. He told me that they were fair and that his salesman Stu always did right by him and his family. I shopped around at Atla bought 3 cars there before. He told me that they were fair and that his salesman Stu always did right by him and his family. I shopped around at Atlantic and Babylon and I felt like they were pushy and not sensitive to what I was asking for. I went to Huntington last and on a Saturday and I'm so glad I did. I noticed right away that there were a lot of smiles on the other customers faces. I was greeted by a salesman and I asked to see my neighbor's guy Stu. He was busy so the greeter helped me and his name was Steve Millard. Steve had been at the store for over 20 years and his wall was full of awards and certificates. He treated me as if I was part of his family. He never pressured me and he listened to what I needed. I wanted to purchase a black Pilot Touring. I had some prices from the internet and the 2 other dealers I went to. Steved worked a great deal for me without any hidden fees or surprises. He beat Atlantic and Babylon by hundreds - well worth my trip. I met the manager Mike Feire who wanted to make sure that I had a fresh bag of popcorn and an overall great experience. I told Mike I couldn't be happier. I was able to pick up my Pilot the same day. I was glad to find out that Huntington's service department has loaner cars and a shuttle service. I see why my neighbor was so persistent about going to Huntington last and why he owns 3 hondas from them. I will recommend this dealer to all my friends and I will do business with Steve Millard and Mike Feire again. More
Though nothing is perfect, I think it is most telling what people do when faced with bumps in the road. My car (fairly priced, I did my Consumer Reports research and allowed for a fair profit to be earn what people do when faced with bumps in the road. My car (fairly priced, I did my Consumer Reports research and allowed for a fair profit to be earned by the dealer) arrived with "rail dust" in the clear coat. There was no double talk or trying to sugar coat - the knowledgeable manager knew what had transpired and was committed to the relatively easy fix. Also had a well scuffed rim on one of the tires (the car had over 100 miles on it so I assume it was a demo) and they buffed that out. Not perfect, this purchase required a little leg work, but the staffers involved at every stage could not have been more gregarious. I would recommend the new management at Huntington Honda heartily. Anyone can get lucky and have everything go smoothly (which I gather Huntington could handle as well as most !) BUT they passed the real life test. If "real life" rears it's ugly head in a car buying experience, I would want the good people of Huntington Honda in my corner. More
After reading all of the terrible reviews about this dealer, I was super unsure about visiting this dealer. I had found a listing for a 2006 Element at a great price and a super low mileage. It seemed t dealer, I was super unsure about visiting this dealer. I had found a listing for a 2006 Element at a great price and a super low mileage. It seemed too good to be true...and based on the scams that this place reportedly pulls, I was wondering if it was simply a bait vehicle. I contacted the dealership at 9:00 am this morning to find out if this particular car was still available. I was transferred 3 times until someone named Vanessa finally spoke to me. She took my name and number and told me she had to "go and check" to see if the car was still available, and that she would call me back in 5 minutes. This was strange, seeing as I've called plenty of other dealers to inquire about their used vehicles, and they've either put me o hold for a few minutes, tops, or simply checked the computer system while keeping me on the phone. Well, poor Vanessa from Huntington Honda must have gotten lost in the used car lot, because I spoke to her nearly four hours ago and I still haven't received a call back. Needless to say, I won't be visiting this dealer. They managed aggravate me before I even walked into the place. More
This dealership would of made a sale if it wasn't for the arrogance and poor customer service that I received from the finance manager Mike F. NO means NO, not interested in an additional warranty, not inter arrogance and poor customer service that I received from the finance manager Mike F. NO means NO, not interested in an additional warranty, not interested in lo jack, bluetooth just wanted the car. He also thought if he installed the additional items already that it was going to get me to agree to a warranty that I was not interested in. This is one dealership I wouldn't reccommend to anyone. I live on Long Island, NY and have a place in Wellington, Fl. We routinely use our 2007 Element for road trips. It's probably the most comfortable long distance car on the road. Can drive for 20 hours str Fl. We routinely use our 2007 Element for road trips. It's probably the most comfortable long distance car on the road. Can drive for 20 hours straight without and aches or pains. We try to use Braman Honda in Fl for service (see my writeup.) For every problem that I have had with the E Huntington has let me down by not fixing anything and trying to nickle and dime the crap out of me. I had brought the E into Huntington Honda complaining about the AC. They told me all Es' have poor AC. Then about a year ago my son-in-law borrowed the E and complained about the AC. I told him that's the way it is supposed to work - he said bull! Anyway, my wife and I had sweltered our way into Fl and the E needed service. Went to Braman met with Ray Graham (Excellent Guy to work with) - he checked it out and about 3 hours later told me the car was ready. Seems there was a crushed O ring that happened at the factory. We now have the coldest air in the world. Went to Huntington Honda complaining about drive train noise. They charged me about $250 for differential oil and some other oil. I still had the noise. Next trip to Florida I went to Braman - Ray diagnosed the problem and it was fixed for $118.00. My tachometer stopped working - went to Huntington. They replaced a module that was under recall. I got in the car and the tach was not working. Told the service advisor and was told they have to diagnose the problem and would have to charge me. Drove to Fl (no not for that problem) and saw Ray. An hour later the tach was fixed - they replaced a sender unit at NO CHARGE - WARRANTY. I would not consider another Honda from Huntington. They screwed me on financing (my fault for not catching it), their service department stinks and I don't trust any of their salespeople. I recently had my E serviced at Atlantic Honda and they are much better than Huntington. More
