Though nothing is perfect, I think it is most telling what people do when faced with bumps in the road. My car (fairly priced, I did my Consumer Reports research and allowed for a fair profit to be earn what people do when faced with bumps in the road. My car (fairly priced, I did my Consumer Reports research and allowed for a fair profit to be earned by the dealer) arrived with "rail dust" in the clear coat. There was no double talk or trying to sugar coat - the knowledgeable manager knew what had transpired and was committed to the relatively easy fix. Also had a well scuffed rim on one of the tires (the car had over 100 miles on it so I assume it was a demo) and they buffed that out. Not perfect, this purchase required a little leg work, but the staffers involved at every stage could not have been more gregarious. I would recommend the new management at Huntington Honda heartily. Anyone can get lucky and have everything go smoothly (which I gather Huntington could handle as well as most !) BUT they passed the real life test. If "real life" rears it's ugly head in a car buying experience, I would want the good people of Huntington Honda in my corner. More
After reading all of the terrible reviews about this dealer, I was super unsure about visiting this dealer. I had found a listing for a 2006 Element at a great price and a super low mileage. It seemed t dealer, I was super unsure about visiting this dealer. I had found a listing for a 2006 Element at a great price and a super low mileage. It seemed too good to be true...and based on the scams that this place reportedly pulls, I was wondering if it was simply a bait vehicle. I contacted the dealership at 9:00 am this morning to find out if this particular car was still available. I was transferred 3 times until someone named Vanessa finally spoke to me. She took my name and number and told me she had to "go and check" to see if the car was still available, and that she would call me back in 5 minutes. This was strange, seeing as I've called plenty of other dealers to inquire about their used vehicles, and they've either put me o hold for a few minutes, tops, or simply checked the computer system while keeping me on the phone. Well, poor Vanessa from Huntington Honda must have gotten lost in the used car lot, because I spoke to her nearly four hours ago and I still haven't received a call back. Needless to say, I won't be visiting this dealer. They managed aggravate me before I even walked into the place. More
This dealership would of made a sale if it wasn't for the arrogance and poor customer service that I received from the finance manager Mike F. NO means NO, not interested in an additional warranty, not inter arrogance and poor customer service that I received from the finance manager Mike F. NO means NO, not interested in an additional warranty, not interested in lo jack, bluetooth just wanted the car. He also thought if he installed the additional items already that it was going to get me to agree to a warranty that I was not interested in. This is one dealership I wouldn't reccommend to anyone. I live on Long Island, NY and have a place in Wellington, Fl. We routinely use our 2007 Element for road trips. It's probably the most comfortable long distance car on the road. Can drive for 20 hours str Fl. We routinely use our 2007 Element for road trips. It's probably the most comfortable long distance car on the road. Can drive for 20 hours straight without and aches or pains. We try to use Braman Honda in Fl for service (see my writeup.) For every problem that I have had with the E Huntington has let me down by not fixing anything and trying to nickle and dime the crap out of me. I had brought the E into Huntington Honda complaining about the AC. They told me all Es' have poor AC. Then about a year ago my son-in-law borrowed the E and complained about the AC. I told him that's the way it is supposed to work - he said bull! Anyway, my wife and I had sweltered our way into Fl and the E needed service. Went to Braman met with Ray Graham (Excellent Guy to work with) - he checked it out and about 3 hours later told me the car was ready. Seems there was a crushed O ring that happened at the factory. We now have the coldest air in the world. Went to Huntington Honda complaining about drive train noise. They charged me about $250 for differential oil and some other oil. I still had the noise. Next trip to Florida I went to Braman - Ray diagnosed the problem and it was fixed for $118.00. My tachometer stopped working - went to Huntington. They replaced a module that was under recall. I got in the car and the tach was not working. Told the service advisor and was told they have to diagnose the problem and would have to charge me. Drove to Fl (no not for that problem) and saw Ray. An hour later the tach was fixed - they replaced a sender unit at NO CHARGE - WARRANTY. I would not consider another Honda from Huntington. They screwed me on financing (my fault for not catching it), their service department stinks and I don't trust any of their salespeople. I recently had my E serviced at Atlantic Honda and they are much better than Huntington. More

Brought my 2004 Pilot to Huntington Honda for 60,000 mile service. After servicing the Pilot was pulling severely to the right. Prior to servicing by Huntington Honda there was no pulling at all. Went back 2 service. After servicing the Pilot was pulling severely to the right. Prior to servicing by Huntington Honda there was no pulling at all. Went back 2 weeks later (requiring another 1/2 day). Huntington Honda performed alignment. Vehicle still pulling severely to left. Huntington Honda service re-rotated tires. Vehicle now pulling sharply to the left. Subsequent calls to Huntington Honda Service Manager Jerome went un-returned. I am now left with an unstable dangerous Honda Pilot thanks to Huntington Honda. For the sake of full disclosure the 2 front tires are more worn than the rear. But prior to taking the car into Huntington Honda there was no pulling at all. They claim that all the tires are bad and no matter how they rotate them pulling is occurring. Based on my experience with Huntington Honda, the service "professionals" could care less about customer satisfaction and even less about their safety. I understand things can go wrong sometimes. But the thing that ticks me off most about this episode is Jerome the Service Manager didn't have the common courtesy to return my calls. I have purchased 2 cars from Huntington Honda. I wouldn't even think about buying from them again. More
I would not recommend Huntington Honda to anyone looking to buy a car. I went car shopping there on a Sunday about a month ago. I decided to put a $200 deposit on a car, after the salesman told me I had u to buy a car. I went car shopping there on a Sunday about a month ago. I decided to put a $200 deposit on a car, after the salesman told me I had until the end of the month to purchase the car or get a refund. About 8 days later (almost a week before the end of the month), he called to ask me when I would be picking up the car. I thanked him for his help, and told him I'd bought another car the day before. He was upset that I hadn't come back and given him a chance to lower his price, but I said I decided not to do that and wanted my money back. He hesitated and kept talking about how unfair I'd been to him, but I insisted that I wanted my money back so he grudgingly said ok. Two days later someone from the finance department called to ask when I was picking up the car. I repeated my conversation with the salesman, telling this man that I had spoken to him two days before. This man gave me the same argument as the salesman, but eventually said I could have my refund. The next day I checked my credit card online and found they had not refunded my money so I called and spoke to a manager. He was rude and told me I could not have my refund unless I came in with my receipt. I asked him why the other two men had not told me to do this and he said, "Well, they don't always do what they're supposed to do." I hung up and called my credit card copmany who said it is MY money and they have no right to hold it, so I started dispute proceedings. It is now 1 month today since I put down that deposit and I still have not received the refund! This is a dishonest dealership!!! More
I went to lease a honda accord for 199$ lease with 0 down . The add said it is 595 for the bank fee. But later they added 710 for the destination. I agreed for this price. They prepared only details about m . The add said it is 595 for the bank fee. But later they added 710 for the destination. I agreed for this price. They prepared only details about me and pressured to sign the order and got my signature because it was late evening. They took $500 as deposit. After signing they gave me the lease order. The salesman and manager both did not agree to write this detail of bank fee, Full lease term taxes, destination fees in the lease order. They started harassing me when I asked to give these details in the lease order. The lease order has only the total value and deposit. The purchase option price also not in the lease order. The car was never shown to me and always told it is is different location. Scandals!!!!!. More

They play alot of g homework already done. I suggest checking the edmunds.com forum boards for best prices in ur area on the vehicle ur shopping for. They play alot of games! So much they even quoted us a price that was $1000.+ over the sticker price of the honda odyssey exl that we wanted. Haha. They felt stupid when we called them on it. We walked out with a great deal... can't remember exact #'s off the top of my head but it was about $5000 below sticker. not bad. More
