I just purchased a new car from this dealer last week and I was improperly towed ,without my permission, out of a fast food restaurant parking lot within 3 days of picking up the vehicle. I called Honda two days later as I was worried the tow driver might have caused damage to my brand new vehicle. I spoke with Amanda, who was very helpful, and said to bring the car in and she would try to squeeze me in to make sure there was no damage from the tow. When I arrived at the dealer I was assigned to Alex T, service advisor, who was extremely pleasant to deal with. He made sure my car was thoroughly checked for any problems by an experienced technician and got the car in and out of the shop in roughly one hour. He put my mind at ease after a stressful situation and made a note in my history, to check the car once more at the first service appt. I am so impressed by Huntington Honda. I have dealt with other dealerships and this one ranks the highest in terms of customer service! The employees seem doing what they do eager to help people. Thanks again Huntington Honda! I was nervous entering this dealership as I had a bad experience a few days earlier at another Honda dealer in Brooklyn, New York. I was skeptical that I would be able to buy the car I wanted at a fair price. I was greeted by Frank Rossano, Sales Representative who immediately put me at ease. He listened to my needs and wants put together a very fair price for the car. He negotiated with the manager on my behalf and we were both happy with the results as I purchased the car! The car was prepped and ready 2 days later and Frank was able to get me through all the paperwork so quickly that I was on the road in my new car in less than a half hour! I really can't say enough about Frank and his team at Huntington Honda. They were friendly and fair and genuinely seemed interested in providing the customer with a good experience. Frank is friendly and personable and great at what he does. Mike the Finance guy was great too and didn't try to push too many extras in the package. My brother and sister both drive Hondas and I will definitely send them to Frank Rossano at Huntington Honda when they need a new car. Several years ago I was disenchanted with the dealership where I had bought my Honda Pilot so I switched to Huntington.
