In this challenging economy it is important that customer service be a top priority for those companies that are still lucky enough to be standing. When a customer is told by a salesperson that " I was told service be a top priority for those companies that are still lucky enough to be standing. When a customer is told by a salesperson that " I was told to be pushy" we have major problems. Sales is a tough field and I know these men and women are told to close every deal but there has to be a tactful way to go about the transaction. The whole "process" when it comes to the paperwork also seems backwards. I would not buy from Huntington Honda and I would never ever recommend this dealership. I am glad to hear that some of you had positive experiences but for those of you who faced negativity like myself, there are plenty of others places to shop so please feel free to do so. Good luck my fellow car shoppers. More

He was able to get me a better lease payment then was available two years ago. So right now I have two Honda CR-V's in my driveway and I am paying less the 500 dolllars a month how good is that. I told Arthur when I picked up my second Honda CR-V that Honda should use my family in a commercial to show how easy it is for a family of four to have two new cars in the driveway. The overall purchase experience was excellent. They had the car I wanted with the options I was looking for at a price several hundred dollars cheaper than several other dealers I visited.
