I felt very comfortable discussing my vehicle options with Steve I also felt valued as a customer when I was introduced to Tom Van. Tom was able to express empathy for my specific circumstance yet was with Steve I also felt valued as a customer when I was introduced to Tom Van. Tom was able to express empathy for my specific circumstance yet was able to capitalize on the Honda brand. I felt Steve and Tom were knowledgable and both well informed of the strengths and weakness of the other vehicle brands I was considering. Tom specifically was able to identify what type of vehicle would work in the price range I provided and he was able to sell on the basis of value and service rather than price alone, yet kept my numbers close to what I anticipated paying for the Pilot. I appreciated the time that Steve took to show me the service area and contact information so I could easily schedule any services I might need. More

Wen to Honda to test drive a CRV - found one that I liked. It had a sign on it that said "Was $25,600 - Now $_____" (the "now" amount was blank) So I assumed it cost less than that liked. It had a sign on it that said "Was $25,600 - Now $_____" (the "now" amount was blank) So I assumed it cost less than that - plus I know you can always negotiate, so I assumed the car was in my budget.... Salesman was nice enough - took us for a test drive - Then we came back in to talk numbers and he says the car is $26,500. I said to him, the sign said that is the "was" price - what is the "now" price? He says no, that is the price. So I tell him, thats not gonna work and he needs to come down. He starts coming down approx. $250 at a time. So I tell him flat out that I need it to be at $22,000 if I am going to buy. He says he doesnt think he can bring the price down that much and "maybe this is just too much car for you" That maybe I need to look at one with less options. He then asks if we were willing to buy that day, we said no, but we might be willing to put down a small deposit until later in the week when we were ready to buy. He says that they wont do that unless its a substantial deposit, and abruptly ends the concersation. Now, HERE'S THE KICKER - The next day I am online researching other cars (because I thought I couldnt "afford" this car) and I come across their website, and BAM - There is the EXACT car I test drove - and it's listed at $19,500!!! I understand trying to get the most you can, but embarassing me by making me think I am wasting your time by looking above my budget and you cant work with me, and here is the SAME EXACT car for $2500 LESS than I was willing to pay. NOT COOL. Not a terrible dealership, but be sure to do your research - check online pricing BEFORE you go buy. I ended up buying a Toyota I DO have to say tho, that my husband and I previously bought a car there (4 yrs ago) and had a very positive experience and got a great deal. I also have to say the service dept has been nothing but wonderful - And I will be back for service. (maybe it was just this guy??) More

Jermaine(salesman) and Mike(finance manager) were very honest and professional. It is hard to find people at car dealerships that you trust, but these two gentleman were good guys. Many finance guys try honest and professional. It is hard to find people at car dealerships that you trust, but these two gentleman were good guys. Many finance guys try and PUSH unecessary accessories and/or SUBPAR warranties, but Mike was just the opposite. Both of these men provide excellent knowledge and service. I will certainly use this dealership again. More
My experience started off good. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist, that’s where it ended. We found the car of our choice, struck a deal and left a deposit. The next day they tried to increase the lovely receptionist, that’s where it ended. We found the car of our choice, struck a deal and left a deposit. The next day they tried to increase the purchase price by $1,000. After intense negotiations they "let me have" the original deal - thanks! Little did I know that was just the warm up to the "Sam show". Sam walks in to discuss our loan options. Loan options, if you don’t know, means force you to buy an overpriced extended warranty. Sam talks fast, talks in circles and loves to beat his chest. Be warned, if you refuse his "offer of a lifetime", you will be yelled at, cursed at and the excitement of getting a new car will be ruined. I got a better loan rate at TFCU than Sam could get with all of his power and connections. Oh yeah pass on the extended warranty, if you feel you absolutely need it, shop around, you do not need to buy it at the time you buy the car. More
Jermaine is the sales consultant. I walked into the dealership and almost immediately was asked if I needed help with anything . I have a discharged bankruptcy and didn't know if they could finance me dealership and almost immediately was asked if I needed help with anything . I have a discharged bankruptcy and didn't know if they could finance me. Jermaine went right to the manager and asked the question and I was told they could help me. I told him what I needed and we went right out to the lot. There are hundreds of cars on this lot but Jermaine pinpointed the cars that would work for me and we looked at 3-5 cars. He did not waste my time with anything that would not suit me. We found the car that I eventually bought within 5 minutes. We went to work on the deal. There was no "hard sell". I knew he wanted to sell the car but I was allowed to "kick it around a bit" before we went further. I came back 2-3 more times to work with him. There was follow up daily, but not obnoxiously. Once we saw that we could do it, I was sent to the business manager, Michael Calabrese. This is where it is very easy to get turned off when buying a car. Michael is, by far, the best finance guy I have ever dealt with when buying a car. Easy going, knowledgeable, and friendly. I told him where I needed to be, gave him the info he needed, and he got the approval with no hassle whatsoever. The deal was a good one and there was no "BS" involved. It was extremely easy to do business with these guys. I sincerely hope that Jermaine and Michael are still there when I am ready to purchase my next car. Huntington Honda has just gained a repeat customer (my parents also got a car there a couple of years ago) as long as they continue to do business this way. There selection is huge and the people I dealt with are top notch. More
