Good experience. except only one set of keys for the used truck was available. Backlight on the stereo is not on when it should be and I could not figure out why. We were shopping for a used Honda CRV that is low in mileage for its years and that would fit in our budget. Anthony did a complete and thorough job of showing and explaining various features on the vehicle - inside and outstide - on the test drive - he allowed us to truly experience the car - by just letting us drive it - and let us ask the questions or point out special options. The conversation with Anthony was both personal and professional. We fell in love with the car - and the purchase process - was handled professionally - even though my credit was less than perfect. Georgina stepped in - and thoroughly explained my options - and did their best to get me the car I wanted. Considering my credit - they worked with me to find a workable solution. They even assisted us in returning the rental car we had - our old car was totalled out in an accident - so we can drive the new car home and save us a step. I will definitely be recommending both of them to my friends and family. More
