We bought our daughters 1st car at this dealership and we were so impressed with Steve Berkowitz. He is not pushy and tells things as they are funny. I would highly recommend this dealership. Although when we bought the used car it had some technical issues, the dealership worked quickly and without hesitation to rectify the problem. The car was not un we bought the used car it had some technical issues, the dealership worked quickly and without hesitation to rectify the problem. The car was not under warranty but they still fixed everything. Everyone was extremely apologetic, friendly, and professional. I have bought from other Honda dealerships in the past and never had such a good experience. We will definitely buy from this dealership again when we need a car in the future. More

I was looking to buy a car and had a difficult credit background to work with. Initially, with my first conversation with Joseph, he put me completely at ease and made me not feel embarrassed about my s background to work with. Initially, with my first conversation with Joseph, he put me completely at ease and made me not feel embarrassed about my situation. He actually drove me over to meet Georgia, who he explained was a great finance advisor and could figure out a way to get even the most involved credit sitiations financing. He certainly proved correct, as Georgia also made me feel comfortable and at ease, and instantlly started working on getting me what I was looking for . Well, mere days later, thanks to Georgias persistance and business savvy in dealing with the finance company, I had my beautiful new honda in my driveway !! Joseph rounded off the experience with going the extra mile in taking time to show me all the features on the car, how to work all the extras, talked to my insurance company and even put on my plates. What I thought was going to be a nightmare turned into a fabulous dream thanks to two wonderful people, Georgia and Joseph ( Joe ) . More

Loyal Customer of Huntington Honda. Purchased three new cars from this dealership. The last purchased of our 2013 was nothing but promises, but never following through. All they cared about was making a cars from this dealership. The last purchased of our 2013 was nothing but promises, but never following through. All they cared about was making a sale and getting their commission. They ran a promotion promising a 32 inch tv if you purchased that day. Megan Allen who handles best buy redemption, ended up losing our paperwork. Manager wrote an invalid confirmation number for best buy. Went through such a headache trying to resolve this. Left messages for Ms. Allen to call back, she never returned phone call. Spoke to General Manager Ray, who promised he would resolve this the next morning and deliver the tv to our front door by noon. He called at 10:00 when they opened but never follow through on his promise. Ended up calling Best Buy customer service on my own getting the confirmation number and picking up the set on my own. When I got to best buy the information was not correct, they listed the dealership and Megan Allen as the purchaser. Would I recommend and go to this dealership again?...... More
