Good to see that the website accurately reflects what they have in the showroom. Got what I believe is a great car, at a fair price, and everyone I dealt with was very professional and kind. I have very little patience for sales people generally, and those who try 'the hard sell' lose me at hello. Vinny was an absolute gentleman and a pleasure to buy from. After visiting several Honda dealers, we ended up in Huntington Honda West and met Michael Anthony. Michael understood what we were looking for and steered us to several reasonable options. Our first choice seemed a little out of reach financially but Michael kept assuring us that he was going to try and work that deal for us. Always skeptical when I buy a car, I wasn't sure he could pull it off. Not only did he make the negotiating of the deal as smooth as I ever ever experienced, he backed up his word that he would go to bat for us and he certainly did. My wife and I were able to pick out a perfect car for our daughter and we have Michael to thank. He even put a bow inside the car for my daughter which was a nice touch. I am giving Huntington Honda West all 5 stars because it is truly the best dealership on Long Island. Our experience today was phenomenal, from the minute we walked through the door until we left same day w is truly the best dealership on Long Island. Our experience today was phenomenal, from the minute we walked through the door until we left same day with our 2011 Honda Pilot EXL. Peter Licata was our salesman and he is different than all other car sales people we've encountered...he listened to our requirements, was fast and effecient and didn't waste a minute of our time. Peter was all about customer satisfaction whether we bought a car or not, and they are lucky to have such a qualified employee. Steve Berkowitz also made us feel comfortable and once he knew what car we wanted, he did everything to accommodate our expectations and budget. What impressed me most about this dealer is how down to earth they are in their policies and how they treat their potential customers. There are no hidden fees, no back and forth and no bs.
