I went to Huntington Honda West, because previously I bought a used 2002 car from Honda. My son also bought a used Honda from Huntington Honda. I had her car towed to Huntington Honda West, so that it could be used as part of a $ 5000 credit on the purchase of a newer car. I knew that I wanted to buy a newer Honda Accord model, and I selected a 2010 V-6 four door Accord. It met my need for a fuel efficient, excellent road handling vehicle. Alam Kabir showed me all the cars that met my requirements, and he began the paper work process to complete the sale. He arranged for the transfer of title and plates from my 1992 Honda to the 2010 Accord. He also expedited the insurance transfer process, so that I could pick up my 2010 Accord with all the insurance and DMV requirements satisfied on Monday July 29. June Torres arranged for the financing of the purchase through Capital One Bank. On Monday July 29 June explained the customer care options that were available to me. He worked tirelessly to make certain that my purchase would exceed my expectations I am very pleased with my 2010 Accord, and I appreciate the professionalism that Alam and June demonstrated during the entire sales process. Alam was extremely helpful in securing this deal. When our insurance company faxed over our ID cards, he noticed that they forgot to include my husbands middle initial on the ID card. He immediately notified us, but I was in a meeting at work and could not hear the message he left until after 5. After hearing the message my husband and I went to our Insurance Company, only to find out, they had already closed. I called to notify Alam that now we would not be able to pick up the car until the following day, but as soon as I spoke to him, he immediately relieved me of my disappointment. Alam informed me that while I was at work, he "googled" our insurance agent and found the tele number and contacted them himself to rectify the error they made. Due to Alam's willingness to go the extra mile for his customers is most certainly one of the top reasons we chose to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. More
