we were looking to trade in brand new Honda for a different color. Aldo spent 2 days trying to help us. He was great. Went to Huntington Honda West in search of a used Honda Fit, and looking to trade in a car. After speaking with Michael Anthony we realized that leasing a new car was probably a better option for me. After a little negotiation they gave me a great value for my old (new ...it was a 2012) car and helped me get into a 2013 Honda Fit. I thought I was going to have to go to the new car showroom, but they were able to handle everything for me. June, in finance, was very knowledgeable in leases since he works at both locations. Overall I was very happy with my experience and love my new car. More

We were pleasently surprised the genuine friendliness of Steve, and the lack of pressure to buy the car. He was more than accomodating, allowing us to test drive, then (by ourselves) discuss the car. All the staff at this location was very friendly and helpful. More
I was in search of a new 2013 vehicle and put the information in on line. Within minutes, I received a phone call from Christian at Huntington Honda, who asked what I was looking for. I explained what I was in search of and my bottom line price. He checked with his manager, Irfan Mohammed, and told me that the price was accepted, but I had to come in to see the car... I told him I was not interested in coming in if that is not the price. I was told that Huntington Honda does't bait and switch-they don't operate like that-the price accepted is the price. We head down to the dealer and found that they didn't have the car. Christian was gone for the day and the salesman, Alfaro, seemed a little perplexed because there were no 2013 cars coming up in his computer. Even if the car was sold, there would be a record on the computer of the sale. Irfan Mohammed was approached and he said that they probably sold the car already. When asked what time they sold the car he said he didn't know. We were at the dealer within two hours of receiving the phone call from Christian. That the manager, who had to approve the price we offered couldn't tell us when the car was sold screamed volumes. The car never existed. It was a tactic used to get us there and hope we purchased something else. Disingenuous and obnoxious. They are obviously not interested in carrying out honest sales practices. More
This dealership had friendly, professional service. There were no 'hidden fees' etc. relating to the certified pre owned car I found on their web site. My salesperson, Steve, walked me through the process, taking time to answer my questions, since I was purchasing the car for my son who lives out of state. The car was exactly as it was presented on the web site. As a divorced woman, I felt I was not 'taken advantage of' with respect to pricing, etc. nor did I feel I needed to have a 'man at my side' (divorced women reading this will know what I mean). I walked in around noon and left later in the afternoon with a 'new' car. More
Felix was exceptional, he spent alot of time with my wife and I as we looked and drove quite a few of the different variations of both Honda CRV's and Pilot's. We did not feel pressured to buy one car over and I as we looked and drove quite a few of the different variations of both Honda CRV's and Pilot's. We did not feel pressured to buy one car over another or one model over another. We ended up buying a 2011 Honda Pilot Touring because it made sense for our growing family. Marc is a strait shooter, when I had questions about the Honda Care Warranty, he addressed all of my concerns prior to moving forward with the final contract... it made sense, and we added the warranty to the Pilot. These two individuals represent Huntington Honda in the highest regard. More
I recently purchased a preowned Honda Accord, and I'd like to say that Mr. June Torres, and Mr. Frank Anello, who I met on my third visit when I picked up the car, were friendly, respectful, and most co like to say that Mr. June Torres, and Mr. Frank Anello, who I met on my third visit when I picked up the car, were friendly, respectful, and most courteous. Mr. Torres was very nice and professional. I wished I had met and dealt with him from the beginning of the purchasing process. Likewise I would have have prefer Mr. Frank Anello from the start. He was very friendly, respectful, and I even enjoyed chatting with him. He is a very easy, funny and amiable salesperson. It is because of these two gentlemen, that I may now reconsider my first inclination not to recommend family or friends to go to this specific Honda dealership. The reason is that my dealings with the original saleman and manager were not pleasant at all. They did their jobs fine, of course, they are after all salesmen. What I didn't appreciate is that when I insisted that I was buying the car with cash, and determining for myself what type of insurance policy I would get, the finance manager proceeded to tell me that I needed to be advised in terms of my financial decisions. I do not consider this to be his role. His insistance that I finance the car, after I repeatedly told him I was paying in cash was also offensive. I also did not appreciate being told by the saleman, that somehow because of the final price I got on the car, the dealership was not making any money, and that "they expected business from me" - this sounded almost like a threat. I did not put a gun to any salesman's head to get the price I did for the car. This was accepted by the salesman, so I don't appreciate being told that I need to make up for getting a good deal. Anyway, I did not receive the appropiate respect and decent treatment from these two men. So I felt very negative and thought I would never deal with Huntington Honda again, but Mr. Torres and Mr. Anello have changed my mind, and taught me that there are good people in all places. Great 1st meeting, but Fred was to get back to us to discuss our trade-in, etc. I spoke to him and he said he'd get back to me ..... no call. We then received a letter in the mail from him saying it was great working with us and that if he could be of assistance ......??? I called Friday, 9/27 and he said he would give me a call back in a 1/2 hour ....... NO CALL? He had also said it's month end if we wanted to stop in Saturday. He seemed like a really nice guy, but i'm at a loss why a salesman would not follow through on calls. I'm in no rush to lease a new vehicle, but would have done this deal if he worked with us. I love my Odyssey and in the past Accord and Civic, but would choose another dealer just because of Fred being so UNPROFFESIONAL. More
