We came to the dealership seeking a certified used Honda, but were determined to walk if there was high pressure as no one works well with that nor should have to deal with it. After a brief visit to the lot Arthur met us in the rain at the door. After sitting with him, he explained they are there to get us the best possible pricing they are allowed to offer. That meant either the standard trade value plus internet pricing or extended trade value from posted pricing. It turned out the internet pricing was better but we could not know that going in as he didn't have the internet pricing at his disposal. In the end it was fine as my son found his ideal car and we weren't too upset that we received precious little for the trade as the internet pricing seemed to offset that. Arthur was attentive and a stickler for details as it related to the car and presented it to us the following day with a "top to bottom" inspection which even included a touch-up paint spot on a small rust area I had noticed. I think internet pricing all year would be a better lure than just for end of year. More

I am a 19 year old college student who came in one day on a whim looking at models of the 2008-2012 Honda Accord. The next day it was chosen that i would be chosing the Honda Accord LX-P a model one step above the base model with alloy wheels and power driver seats! The warm service was from both Angel whom gave me and my father a ride in one of the 2010 models was warming easily understood about specs about that car and its specific add ons as well as both him and robert were always willing and ready to print out Car Facts about them ! the third day we ended up putting a deposit down! through fanigaling of Robert and Steve i managed to get the same 2010 LX-P Model for a very very reasonable price right off the showroom floor with 16,000 less miles! Over all the service was a fantastic no pressure fun environment to be in ! i would highly recommend coming here for purchasing a new/preowned car cause each of the staff members all have extensive knowledge about all the models on the floor and or outside as you pass!
