We have been a loyal service customer at Huntington Honda for many years and decided to start the search for a replacement there. Frankly, I wasn’t really looking forward to it since I had never dealt with the sales staff there. When I inquired at the service desk they introduced me to Tamer Sergany. We discussed the situation and he immediately started working to have our old van appraised and then got us started on the path to our purchase of a 2014 Odyssey Van. Tamer was there to assist us from the start to the end. Appraisal, test drive, price negotiation and finally purchase and delivery (all in less than a day.) He was very knowledgeable, polite and personable. And on top of that, we got a great deal with zero drama! At this point, I couldn’t imagine ever buying another vehicle anyplace else. I would recommend Huntington Honda and Tamer to anyone interested in buying a new Honda! My sincere thanks to Tamer and the other staff at Huntington Honda. More

Needless to say I always left other dealerships feeling a bit uneasy and continued my search until finally getting over to Huntington Honda and boy am I glad I kept searching. Huntington Honda far exceeded my expectations in not only their approach to selling cars, but the way they treated myself and my family. Steve Berkowitz did not come off as one of those hyped up car salesman looking to push their high end vehicles or put me into something I didn't really want. He came off as a genuine guy that just wants what's best for my family. When I told him my wife and I just had a daughter and are purchasing a house Steve brought up some excellent points as far as our vehicle purchase goes and even went as far as almost talking me into purchasing a lower priced vehicle then what I was looking for...Who does that in this industry!?!? I'll tell you who, the genuine, understanding, honest people at Huntington Honda! After speaking with Steve we worked with Angel Falcon, what a nice guy. Angel was extremely patient with my family. My wife and mother must have asked to see just about every SUV they had on the lot and Angel patiently took us to each and every vehicle answering every question my wife and I could throw at him. He never pushed or steered us towards other vehicles or tried up-selling us. After about 3 hours of kicking tires in the lot I knew these were the guys I wanted to purchase my vehicles from. If you're reading this review you're probably doing so in the hopes you can find a reliable, ethical, knowledgeable, and honest group of individuals to purchase your next car from. All I can say is you can't go wrong with these guys. I'll be going back to them again when my wife and I decide to upgrade down the road. 5 stars across the board from me. Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had. More
Above and beyond superior customer service I had the absolute pleasure of working with Joe Schmitt as our car salesman and Ivy Feinsilver for handling the financing. Both of these employees went above and beyond to make my lease deal on the Pilot possible. They went as far as to even come into work on their days off just to expedite paperwork. They are superior in communicating with their customers. Both did not miss a beat. They worked so hard to give me the best deal possible. They never said the word NO! They eased what I call a stressful situation ( just walking I to a dealership can be stressful). They called me at home, they emailed me, they just made every huge step in this process feel little. Everything that I wanted I got and more. Even the extra bells and whistles. It was such a busy holiday weekend and they still made me feel as though I was their only customer and I certainly was not! Joe and Ivy shoud be recognized for outstanding customer service. They are loyal to their customers, not pushy, very honest, hard workers who don't waste your time. Never once were they overbearing. As a high school teacher I get to work with so many different personalities on a daily basis. Both Ivy and Joe were so amazing. I highly recommend you to walk into Huntington Honda and specifically ask for both of them. I write this review on my own merit because I feel that when two people can go above and beyond for a stranger that we should take a few moments and recognize those efforts. I stated my displeasure with regard to the price that I was offered for my trade and how the price had changed from my two visits, which were four days apart. We discussed pricing from my perspective and his. I must say that he took a lot of time with me. He was pleasant but In the end, I did not buy the car from this dealership. in with the intention of purchasingq a Accord Touring Hybrid. Met a salesperson, Joe Schmitt, who had previously sold me a Hyundai in 2001 where he was sales manager. He was a pleasure to deal with and I was pleased he was now at Honda. I was going to trade in my vehicle, a 2012 Prius Plug in. Book value on the car is 21,025. They offered me 16,000. Really? Then, they will turn around and sell it for 23,000+. They asked me to sign a paper making an offer of what I would like for the car and what I would offer for the new car. I gave a price that I knew was more than fair as a friend just bought the same vehicle from ATLANTIC HONDA three days prior for the price that I quoted. Basically, I was told the price is ridiculous and it could not be met. Would have gladly left with a new car if they would be honest with pricing and treating customers fairly. I hope that someone would reach out to discuss my unsatisfactory experience. Again, Joe is great. It is the management who will not provide accurate nor fair pricing. More

We would recommend Huntington Honda as a reliable dealership, but would not recommend this particular vendor/insurance policy. Sometimes things go wrong. What we are grateful for is that, despite the confusion and mayhem that ensued (details below), Mohammed did not abandon us. *** Our first lease experience with Huntington Honda went without incident. We should never have wasted money on the supplemental insurance policy we had, but we heard about how picky lease companies are about any kind of invisible dink, so we took the policy. We agreed to the same deal on our second lease and sure enough, when I needed a tow - first the tow guy took off with the car, leaving a senior citizen stranded. And then when the car was finally rescued - this insurance policy never paid the tow, essentially sticking me with the bill. I did get through to the folks at Huntington Honda, who did reimburse me for the tow, but I had lost all faith in the insurance company and Huntintington Honda agreed to cancel the insurance policy and refund my money. The first fairy tale was that they were going to send me a check for a refund for the price we agreed on to cancel the contract. Then I was told that my monthly payments would be reduced to reflect cancellation of most of the insurance policy - I'd be stuck with some of the cost, but I would not be eating the whole thing. Now the latest fairy tale is that they would cancel the last few months of the policy - 24 months from now - and the number of months they offered to cancel is half of what they agreed to refund me in the first place. I feel like I am really going to get stuck paying for this policy by hook or by crook. I have lost all faith in Huntington Honda - and in fact - since they tell me this is American Honda's doing - I am running the numbers and as soon as it makes financial sense for me to do so - I'm dumping this Honda and will never do business with Honda again. *** That's how I was feeling a couple of weeks ago, but Mohammed has restored my faith both in this dealership and in the Honda brand. This time i had the pleasure of dealing with not only Gerogia but also with My sales man Nelson Rivera who was very informative and knew his stuff and was so down to earth and cool, i felt like i was buying a car from a friend. I also got to deal with a really cool Finance Manager Joe Gensert again down to earth funny and cool guy who made the financing part of the car easy and painless and between him and Gerogia they both explained what i was getting into and upfront about everything no games no gimmicks. Huntington Honda should be very pleased and proud of the team they have over there as overall we always have a pleasant experience. More
"A Good Experience For a Change..." I didn't feel I was getting any "pushy sales" when I met Pete Licata, one of the sales consultant, at Huntington Honda (Used). I had shopped online fo I didn't feel I was getting any "pushy sales" when I met Pete Licata, one of the sales consultant, at Huntington Honda (Used). I had shopped online for the car I wanted, selected three, and when I went to the dealership, Mr. Licata was able to find two of them. (One of the cars had already been sold.) I was happy to find that the price online was the same price they were willing to sell the car. This is the fourth car I have bought in thirty years, and my first used one. Most of my experiences at dealership--including a previous visit to Huntington Honda in May of 2000--have been very unpleasant, where I find the salesman overly aggressive, trying his hardest to have me commit to paper some kind of sales transaction. How pleasant it was not to have that. Mr. Licata answered all my questions, suggested we take a ride in the car, and left me to think about the car and whether or not I wanted it. I did. I know that if I went back to buy another used car, I would see Mr. Licata once again. I have confidence that he would treat me in the same manner again--i.e. in a courteous, informative, and respectful manner. In fact, I have no reservations in recommending him to anyone else. I found the dealership itself clean, spacious, and organized. I was offered coffee and shown where the bathroom was. The only negative thing I have to say is one of the employees blasted a horn in the store several times--apparently for amusement--which scared the living daylights out of me. What was most annoying is that he did it three times. After the third time, I wanted to get up and asked whoever was doing to stop. The horn blast reverberated in the store at deafening decibels. But other than that, I really enjoyed my experience at Huntington Honda. More
