Great Experience I started doing my research around a month and a half ago and decided on a used Honda Accord. I went to the closest dealer (which i will not name) an I started doing my research around a month and a half ago and decided on a used Honda Accord. I went to the closest dealer (which i will not name) and talked to a salesman and drove a car. i found a car i liked but did not love yet the salesman insisted it was for me and would not show me any other car. He quoted me almost two thousand over what i payed at Huntington Honda for a model below what i took home. The salesman then proceeded to push for the sale telling me he had to push hard to reach the dealership quota for the end of the month. I felt like he didn't car about me, he just wanted the sale. At Huntington Honda i was put at ease within the first few minutes, Mike Anthony was friendly and really cared about finding me a car I loved not just liked. He took the time and showed me car after car looking up prices trying to find something in my budget. I ended up finding the perfect car and Mike went to bat to get me a great price and more money on my trade in. Mike is a great salesman who does not push to hard and really genuinely cares about the customer and not just the sale. I had a great experience and when I'm ready for a new car I know where to go. They held my car hostage, treated repeat customer poorly. On 4/26 we met with salesman, Manny Quinones and put a deposit down on a used 2003 Honda Accord and also purchased the extended warranty. The dealership assured us that the A/C would be fixed prior to delivery on 4/28. It wasn't. On 4/30, we were told it was fixed, but when we went to pick it up, the A/C still wasn't working. On 5/4, we were told it was fixed and arranged delivery on 5/5. When we got there on 5/5, the car was in the garage, in pieces and a mechanic told us 'there are a lot of things wrong with the car." Tom Curtin, Director of Operations, told us that the A/C compressor was replaced, but now the car needed a fuse box. We became very angry and when we asked him why we weren't told about this, instead of apologizing, were were told to leave and we would get our deposit back. I reminded him that this car was under warranty and needed to be fixed. He told me he would follow up with me the next day. Three days have passed and I have yet to hear from Tom. Eleven days after putting our deposit down, even our salesman, Manny, who was nothing but professional, courteous and helpful throughout this ordeal doesn't know what's going on with the car. Bottom line, they felt they could get more money for the car (it's advertised on the internet for $1000 more than what we were going to pay) so they were doing everything they could to get us to walk away from the deal. Not only did they screw us as a customer, but they screwed Manny out of his commission, After buying and leasing 3 cars from Huntington Honda, after this experience, we will never do business with them again. More

The dealer at the end was workable, took some negotiation but it turned out satisfy and pleased.
