I wish I would have read the reviews, boy was that a mistake. Yes, dealer markup was 6000 added to 15,500 dollar car. By day 3 the car would not start, I proceeded to call AAA , they jumped my 2016 cert mistake. Yes, dealer markup was 6000 added to 15,500 dollar car. By day 3 the car would not start, I proceeded to call AAA , they jumped my 2016 certified vehicle. I drove an hour back to the dealership, where they let me know they would install a new battery. We left the car and picked it up 2 days later, more than enough time to order a new battery and get the car detailed, like promised. We'll, no the car was not detailed and when I took the car to a mini cooper dealership they let me know after a full diagnostic that not only does the car have 3000 dollars in repairs but yes you guessed it it also needed a a battery. I warn you, do not buy from this dealership, their cars are not trustworthy and either is their word. More
Before going to a dealership I always check their reviews. Some of the reviews of this dealership were good, except the ones about the added mark ups. I went to check out a vehicle that was listed fo reviews. Some of the reviews of this dealership were good, except the ones about the added mark ups. I went to check out a vehicle that was listed for $6990, as soon as I sat down to discuss the numbers, the numbers went up. After all the mark ups the true sales price was almost $12,000. One of the mark ups was starch for the seats for $900. I told the salesman I could buy a can for $10. I doubted that they applied starch to the seats because they were leather. There manner of operation is very unethical and unprofessional, to put it nicely. The dealership is rather small, so sales are probably low, so they dip into the customers pockets to cover their overhead expenses. In spite of my terrible experience at this dealership, I still recommend it to people with no backbone that are welling to give away their hard earned money, that don't mind getting robbed. Don't waste your time and gas driving to this den of crooks. More
I made an appointment for Saturday June 13th at 10 am for a recall they told it would take 2 hours and did not want to provide a rental car at this time. They said I can contact them by text message. I hadn' a recall they told it would take 2 hours and did not want to provide a rental car at this time. They said I can contact them by text message. I hadn't heard from them so I send a text message at 3.15 pm; no answer i figure he must be with a client. I called him at 4.15 no answer I got connected to receptionist who transferred me to Debbie (possible store manager) who told me to call back on monday morning. I asked her how am I suppose to get around and go to work. She responded with take an uber. I asked her if they are going to pay for me taking an uber to get around all weekend and drive to work 80 miles round trip. She responded with no. Worse service possible! They could have at lest called me that the car wouldn't be ready and provided me with a rental car which would be the cost of HYundai corporation and not the dealer since it was for a recall. My recall notification even state that they will provide a rental car. Now it is Saturday night and there is no place to get a rental car (at my cost). My advice do not use this service department ever. More
They told me on the phone to come test drive a Veloster N. I drove all the way from LA (1 hour) and when I got there they said I couldn't test drive it because they didn't want to add extra miles to the ca N. I drove all the way from LA (1 hour) and when I got there they said I couldn't test drive it because they didn't want to add extra miles to the car. On top of that they said there was a $10,000 markup on the MSRP!! I wouldn't expect to get a good deal here. And they keep calling me even though I've talked to them multiple times and they don't have the car I want. More
Actually I give zero stars. BUYERS BEWARE...I tried to purchase a 2018 Hyundai Sonata that was listed on their website for $15,802. When I went through financing I was told by Faris that the price was act purchase a 2018 Hyundai Sonata that was listed on their website for $15,802. When I went through financing I was told by Faris that the price was actually $18,987 which was $3,185 more than what was listed on their website. I was told that the $3185 was for accessories (tint, GPS and Lumar). I told Faris that the car priced at $15,892 was all i wanted to purchase. He said that these 3 things are already installed on the car and I could not purchase the car for what it was listed for on their website. Faris then said that he will get my car payments where i needed them to be. But I did not know that he was going to add in the $3185 for accessories at the time because I was firm on the price that I was paying. When i received the financing paperwork, he went behind my back and included the $3185 charge for accessories without my permission. I am furious. So beware that the price indicated on the website is NOT the actual purchase price. It is only a deceitful attempt to get you in their dealership and do bait and switch. More
Classic bait and switch move. Show up to test drive car. Sit down to negotiate and they change the price due to dealer preinstalled add ons. Nitro filled tires, double dark tinted windows, gps locater and Sit down to negotiate and they change the price due to dealer preinstalled add ons. Nitro filled tires, double dark tinted windows, gps locater and app access - added $3600.00 to advertised price. I offered sticker price and was told they could not make money at that price. Had to walk away. Completely unethical dealership - avoid at all costs. Worked with Mike, do not think its his fault but extremely unethical management. I do not mind good negotiation for the value a dealer brings but this is not it. More
I DID purchase my vehicle here. However I must agree that it seems to be a growing trend and not only with this dealership that the old BAIT AND SWITCH pricing is back. I say this because the tactic is to ad it seems to be a growing trend and not only with this dealership that the old BAIT AND SWITCH pricing is back. I say this because the tactic is to advertise a much lower price online to get you in the door and then hit you with the accessory pricing in multiple ways. This DID happen here and I wanted to work with them and asked for these to be removed I had a set payment I was going with or walking away from. They came down a bit. BUT where they really shined was their finance department associate Long. He was amazing and drove the sale into my range. Other than that I can not say any thing negative. The lobby is slightly dated and customer service for the long times spent in there were lacking. They do have a sales person Ryan, whom is very eager to help and honest. I would give him a shot if you do go in there. More
Service nightmare! 2 hours and 45 minutes for oil change and tire rotation. Don't service your car on Fridays as half the techs get the day off. They won't tell you this . I made appt and showed up early b and tire rotation. Don't service your car on Fridays as half the techs get the day off. They won't tell you this . I made appt and showed up early but no matter. BUYERS BEWARE! This dealership is out to scam you with Pre-loaded add-ons and Loan Packing. This car dealership is falsely advertising their prices online and ar This dealership is out to scam you with Pre-loaded add-ons and Loan Packing. This car dealership is falsely advertising their prices online and are illegally "packing" their contracts with add-ons that equate to almost $3000.If you state that you're not interested in the add ons and would like to purchase the vehicle for the advertised price, they will tell you that it is pre- installed in the vehicle and cannot be removed and state that they will "negotiate" with you. Since there is no laws requiring them to disclose the MSRP of their add-ons. They can list whatever price they wish, knowing us buyers have no reference point. Since the Add ons are pre-loaded, your stuck having to purchase the vehicle with the add ons which have little to no value. Examples: Undercoating, Appearance Package, Dealer Price Add-on (i.e., extra profit) None of these add ons give an increase value to the vehicle on the KBB Dealerships like these add their own sticker, which is made to look as "official" as possible by using an image of a gas tank similar to the one on the MSRP sticker. This enables the dealer to start negotiations from a point nearly $3,000 above the MSRP, while its costs are less than $200. Do your Reasearch, protect your money, be smart and go to a more reliable and HONEST dealership.. More
DON'T BELIEVE THE PRICE LISTED. THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS They are LIARS. They try to scam you and when they realize they couldn't scam me they refused to sell me the 2017 mustang GT still in their lot right They are LIARS. They try to scam you and when they realize they couldn't scam me they refused to sell me the 2017 mustang GT still in their lot right now for their advertised price which is FRAUD. If the price is low it's simply to get you to waste your time driving there so they can scam you. They add in thousands of dollars worth of "add-ons" and a $4000 warrantee and gap insurance, etc. and not tell you about it so DO YOUR OWN CALCULATIONS. I was confused why the final cost was so much and it wasn't until I asked them to list out separately what the taxes and fees are and I calculated what I should be paying that I found out they added all these extra things. I said I want them to take it all out. I have text messages with a sales rep there Cory who initially said YES to the price + taxes + DMV fees and nothing else. I even had someone pick me up and drive me all the way there to pick up the car last night only for them to tell me they're not going to sell it to me for their LISTED price because I don't want to buy their $4000 warrantee. which again is ILLEGAL. CORY- YOU COULDN'T HAVE TOLD ME THIS BEFORE I WASTED MY TIME and $$ GOING THERE? This is also after I've spent $100+ for a mechanic to check out the car which doesn't make me more mad then my TIME that they wasted. I was pissed but called Cory after I left and said I'll finance the car with them so they make money on that end only then he says some "add-ons" are ALREADY on the car. Well this is NEW information. The wheels have nitro in it and GPS (which the manufacturer put in) and I have to pay thousands extra for that! If you're going to lose money on the car then don't list it for lower then what you want it for! OH THAT'S RIGHT It's been on your lot for 4+ months! I guess your only other option was to list the price low to get people in and try to make money by scamming them!! The 5 star reviews on here must be people who have not calculated out everything they overcharged them for! SHADY DISHONEST Businesses like this needs to be reported. Just FYI- Hyundai, BBB, FTC, consumer protection agency and attorney's general are good places to file complaints for everyone else who has been scammed by them. More
