Thank you Ken for responding, I asked to speak with you yesterday when I bought the car. The slim middle eastern guy with glasses said “ what is he going to do? I’m doing the deal, I’m selling the car! “ no respect, no honesty, I don’t understand how you have desk managers there who only care to sell accessories of 1995 and above with no consideration of anything. Also! When he walked out of the office he didn’t even introduce himself so I didn’t even get a name.
