I tried calling lots of times in last few weeks but no response from your end … I ended up calling 8 times today and was able to talk to Robert this morning… You need to understand that it was a business transaction that we made with your team and it hurt the business monetary.. Mr. Faris Oweini, I did talk directly to you on the phone next day and like I said as the leadership you did not take any responsivities for your crafts under your leadership. And you can't help anything or do anything to fix your team faults. As I said, because of your team and I lost my opportunities to have 0% financing for 48 months expired on 4/3/2023. When Eric sale person called me and told me that his manager willing to take my offer and I said OK , I am on the way to come back. About 10 mins later, Eric called me again and said I can come back tomorrow and they still give me the same deal. I told him I will be there before 7:45 PM and Eric said because his manager wants to go home but no worries for the deal with 0% financing for 48 months. Next day, Cristian Nieto called me and said they can't keep the commitment due no more 0% financing for 48 months promotion, Is that my faults ? what did you do to your customer because of your team faults? Nothing, you did not do anything beside driving me around on the phone to run away the story. You told me you will get back to me that you need do some research ? Did you call me back ? NONE. Just let you know, I am contacting to business owner and Mr. Jose Munoz COO of Hyundai company with all evidences TEXT and phone recorded from your team that text and call me. Also, federal consumer affair and all sources to let them know how you are run the business as general sale manager. The city of Huntington Beach city councils will be contact to let them know this business is SCAM and LIES . Also, please do not reply if you just copy and paste on your responding. Anthony Le .
