A trainwreck of a post-sales process. As soon as they had my money they all fell off the face of the planet and getting additional assistance was borderline impossible. I bought a Certifi As soon as they had my money they all fell off the face of the planet and getting additional assistance was borderline impossible. I bought a Certified Pre-Owned Ioniq 5 EV from this dealership and arranged to have it delivered for $800 as it is a 10 hour drive and I didn’t feel like making that trip in an EV right after I bought it. They assured me it would be at my house Friday, then that it would be there Saturday, then that it would be there Sunday, then that it would be there Monday… I finally get fed up and asked if they were sure if it would be leaving their dealership on Monday or if they were just guessing, and got the already known response that they were still looking for a service that would actually deliver the vehicle and were not sure if anyone would even take the job on Monday. I bought plane tickets that same day, flew to LAX, got an uber to the dealership, and picked up the car in person. I informed my sales agent, Eman, the night before along with another sales Agent, Hannah, that I would be there by 11:00am on Monday to pick up the vehicle. Neither of them told the rest of the dealership; neither of them were there, working, or apparently reachable by phone. My new car hadn’t been washed, wasn’t charged, wasn’t ready, and no one knew I was even showing up to pick up the vehicle. I asked about the delivery fee being refunded and got told that it would be no problem, 2 weeks later and I’m still waiting for a refund on the delivery fee. They also didn’t include a level 1 charger with the vehicle, which I didn’t realize until I got home, so I had to shell out another 250 for a level 1 charger because they neglected to even check if it was in the vehicle. All Ioniq 5s come with a Level 1 charger, the CPO I purchased was owned by the dealership itself, so they had the Level 1 charger there somewhere they either just forgot about it or didn’t want to give it to me. I spent 800 dollars on a delivery fee and they couldn’t even handle delivering the vehicle, I spent 250 dollars on a plane ticket to fly to LA and pick it up myself, and then had to spend 12 hours driving home with charge time, then drop another 250 on a home charger, and have received radio silence from the manager and sales team on whether I would get my 800 delivery fee back. The communication skills of the dealership are absolutely pathetic. They called me relentlessly when starting the process up until they took my down payment. As soon as the money left my bank account it became impossible to get any clear communication or expectations met. I would not recommend buying anything from this dealership unless you find an exceptional deal, and even then don’t count on them for any quality of service after they have your money. More

I asked for a quote for the 15,000 mile check up and they quoted over $400. I asked them not to up sale me and they still tried to. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! !! My sister found a car listed by this dealership on-line for $20,000. She went in, drove it, and decided to buy it as it was in her budget. She h !! My sister found a car listed by this dealership on-line for $20,000. She went in, drove it, and decided to buy it as it was in her budget. She had a car to trade in and she rejected their first offer, but after the salesman went to "talk to the manager" he came back and said they agreed to the price. The contract signing was very different from what my sister was accustomed to. The desk acted as a big computer tablet and they just scrolled through it and said, "Sign here", "Initial here" but it was all just an online copy. Then instead of printing out the contract for her, and giving her a hard copy, they gave it to her on a thumb drive. This just seems so ridiculous to me, that a person is spending so much money on a car and you don't even get a physical copy of what you signed. It turns out that the price of the car was actually $29,000 dollars due to some "mandatory" add-ons. Yes, my sister should have paid closer attention to what she was signing, and she knows that. It also turns out that they did not give her the agreed upon price for her trade in, and again, bad on my sister. But there is something very different about going through a paper contact where you have time to look at exactly what you are signing, versus having something scrolled through very rapidly and being told to just "sign this" and then scrolling to the next item. She actually totally trusted her salesman, after she purchased her car she told me how nice he was, and obviously very naïvely she assumed that he was not going to try to pull some crazy shenanigans on her by adding $9K to the price and stiffing her on the trade-in value. Looking at the contract more closely when she got home after having to print out all the pages herself she noticed all the discrepancies and contacted the dealership for clarification. Several emails and phone calls went unanswered. We finally went to the dealership ourselves where it was explained to us that there was no way this car could be sold for $20K because in their words "we wouldn't make any money that way." Then they insisted that the add-ons which were listed on the contract as optional, were in fact not optional, and they could not be removed even though one of them was just some sort of software package that they could have just canceled, but would not, because they "wouldn't make any money that way." Then the salesman came in and said he had explained this all to my sister. Of course there was no way that he had done that, because if my sister knew that a car listed for $20K was in fact $29K she would have gone no further as she knew very well that this price far exceeded her budget. And she did sign the contract which had all these add-ons added on, again, that is on her. The bottom line is she made a mistake and is paying for her mistake, but from reading the other reviews here this is obviously a common practice at this dealership, advertising a car for one price when it in fact is several thousands of dollars more. And ultimately, it is their word against hers, even though as I mentioned, there's no way she would have continued with the purchase if the actual price had been disclosed to her when she first showed interest in the car. I do not understand how these sorts of shady practices are even legal, but apparently they are, as they have been getting away with it for some time now with no consequences. I just want to warn everyone who is contemplating dealing with these people to just find another dealership. They are really just very dishonest and I want to save anyone I can from having such a horrible experience. More
Huntington Beach Hyundai did it again. Another customer scammed. I feel so sorry I did not read the reviews before coming here. Found the car of my dreams online with a “dealer discount “ Another customer scammed. I feel so sorry I did not read the reviews before coming here. Found the car of my dreams online with a “dealer discount “ of 6K. When I went into see it, everything was fine and the process was going smoothly UNTIL THEY ADDED 10 K to the listed price based on “aftermarket” parts and mandatory warranty features. I DO NOT give a xxxx about your aftermarket parts or warranty features. It’s NOT optional if it’s on the vehicle already. These guys screwed me so bad but I loved the car so I went with it anyways. Two days after I bought the vehicle the wheel cap came off. I said no problem, I will just call to see where I can get a new one because, once again, there were aftermarket wheels and Toyota didn’t have the part for them. No surprise when I did not get a singular phone call back or an email after I emailed them. FAKE SERVICE FAKE PEOPLE. I really wanted to like these guys, they were nice and very helpful. But their shady business practices make me so upset and frustrated. They wouldn’t even throw in a xxxx thing for jacking me around. BUYERS BEWARE. These people are scammers. More

this is the worst experience I have ever encountered! !. Your salesman Sameer met with me and my wife Lorna recently to purchase a vehicle from your dealership. We met with Sameer to purchase a 201 !. Your salesman Sameer met with me and my wife Lorna recently to purchase a vehicle from your dealership. We met with Sameer to purchase a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe for $17,412.00. We told him last night at 7:30 we secured financing for the car and would be back at 10am thisThursday with the check. He gave us the purchase contract to bring to the credit union. He said he would repair the recall on the vehicle and replace the cargo mat and screen today. I just got a text NOT even a call from this unprofessional salesman that you employ that the vehicle was sold from underneath us last night. The recall was never discussed with us during the purchase. You know It is illegal to sell a vehicle with an active recall. Sameer also added garbage fees for paint and fabric and security and tire maintenance that added an additional $2,900.00. that he would not remove. Your sales pricing is a trick to think buyers are getting a good deal. What a joke!! More
