Somewhat ok service I ended up returning the car because they changed the amount on me AFTER signing the contract and taking the car home. First time was somewhat ok with I ended up returning the car because they changed the amount on me AFTER signing the contract and taking the car home. First time was somewhat ok with costumer service although they were a bit too pushy. Second time I went, which was to return the car, they were way too pushy and pretty rude with the comments the sales person was making. I had my mind set on the amount I was looking for, they couldn’t offer it so I didn’t sign the new contract and decided to return the car. But Danny was pushing too much in my opinion and even made a comment that landed along the lines of calling me dumb (stupid) for not taking up on a car “deal” he showed me that was “good price” with low mileage. Had to roll my eyes at that and not be rude back. I ended up going to another Hyundai dealer, and bought the same exact brand new car with the same “deals” and even added a few more extra nice offers for a lower apr and lower payments. It’s not a bad place, just the sales people can make it an unpleasant experience. More
