Omar Z. I'm hopeful that you will be more helpful than Ryan and Nick. It was Ryan who did not remove the (optional) sealant from the purchase agreement when I asked him to. I was upset that it was added in the first place. And it was Nick who got irate and threatening with me on the telephone when I called to try and deal with this directly.
