My husband and I had been shopping for a vehicle for some time. We were in no hurry to buy and visited this dealership a few times before actually makeing a purchase. I was even able to meet with the manager and the finance manager with all my print outs and calculations. They actually applauded our research on Edmunds.com etc, and took us seriously, not like my past experiences and other dealerships we dealt with while looking. In the end we decided to get a brand new Ford Flex. It was the best decesion we ever made. They really helped us find the best payment option and even with our not so perfect credit. I was also impressed with the fact that the sales team worked together. We spoke to two different sales reps on several occasions and they never tried to "steal" us from each other. We truly felt welcome everytime we came in. I also love the fact that they play country music in the lobby! More
