I went into HB Ford yesterday to look at a used 2013 Kia Optima I recently saw advertised. I was approached by Kenny who asked what he could help me with. Todd was very helpful, courteous and eventually we worked out a deal that I was very happy with. It was definetly a better price than I could find elsewhere on this particular model. Purchased a 2009 F150 Platinum November 28th 2012. Prior to the test drive the truck failed to start due to dead battery. It happen twice while I was there. I was told it was because of the electronic step- to the test drive the truck failed to start due to dead battery. It happen twice while I was there. I was told it was because of the electronic step-rails depleting the batteries. Nonetheless, I did buy the truck and like it but last month the battery died again... I was able to receive a jump. Yesterday the battery said screw-it and killed over....no more! I called AAA and they tested the battery. One thing they said was that the battery was too small for the truck [there was room in the box for a larger one] and it was only holding a 10% charge. I had AAA replace the battery for $102.70 with a 3 yr free replacement warranty. I have attempted to contact the dealer multiple times in hopes to receive compensation. If it was a mistake I would understand but it leads me to suspect sub-par and underhanded tactics are the norm. I wanted to leave up my earlier post which was negative to show the progression of my ordeal. My faith has been restored in Huntington Beach Ford. They took responsibility and reimbursed me for the battery. Obviously, mistakes are inevitable in everything we do. The true test of a person's or business's caliber is the conduct "after" a mistake has been identified. Too many avoid the high road of integrity. Here Huntington Beach Ford displayed remarkable patience, professionalism, and integrity. They have my highest recommendations. More

Went just after christmas to shop for a new 2013 Mustang for my wife, granted i wasnt expecting to drive away with a RED 2013 Gt California Special!!!!! HB FORD was actually the third Ford dealership i went to that day but none of the others had the selection or even attentive sales reps. I didnt even think it was clausible to bump up to a GT within my price range but their prices were outstanding and they worked with me to get the most car for my buck. Tony Shaw, was on point, he haggled with financing department to get me where i needed to be and got the deal done.
