Then, Holly helped us with explaining the details and lastly ROH was the sales manager, he was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING in getting us the best deal! Additionally, due to COVID, they went above and beyond to ensure safety. Coy was kind enough to drive to our house to pick up necessary documents we missed from our home the same day! We are so pleased with our experience. 5 STARS to the entire crew at HB Jeep. THANK YOU!! TIP: Get there early...there were many people already there when we arrived at 2pm on Sunday. The lot is hard to miss. There is a great big gold and blue fringed canopy that gives off good vibes...like you are about to celebrate getting a new car :) More

Follow up to my last yelp review. I bought a 2018 Hyundai Elantra which was advertised as a "value edition" trim. Come to find out recently that is not the case the one I was being sold was in fact a lower " Elantra which was advertised as a "value edition" trim. Come to find out recently that is not the case the one I was being sold was in fact a lower "SEL" trim. Nonetheless, I bought the car 5/25/2020 and exercised my return cancellation contract and returned the car back to the dealership on 5/27/2020, yet my credit union has not received the money back or has heard from any person at the dealership. AHMAD SABBAGH the finance manager stated it can take up to two weeks for the funds to return yet it has been more than the time I was told. I am not able to get a new car loan from my bank until this clears and stops showing up as active for a car I don't even have anymore. Goes to show they DON'T care about their customers and all money hungry. AGAIN whatever you can to stay away from this place DO IT. More

I WAITED 45 minutes to look at the wrong vehicle and after calling them out and finding the right vehicle I was the one who was wrong!!! Terrible sales tactics, terrible sales men and zero class at this dealership! How they are still open is a surprise to me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! More

Buyer beware. They will act like they're up front about the extra things they claimed they put on every cars. The sales person will go over the pamphlet and it's over $4400 value. I can see them putting the GPS system in the cars just in case someone steal the car. If you look at the tags on the cars, they put a tag that says extra add-ons $2680. When the manager eventually came by. I notice the extra charge was on the invoice. When I asked the manager regarding that. They claimed they discounted it to $2689. When I continue questioning that and told them I'm not paying for something they on the car to protect themselves. He just dances around it. So, I got frustrated and walked. More

The WORST customer service! I purchased an extra service program when I bought my new Grand Cherokee. I sold the vehicle with 56% value left on the service program and wanted to cancel/collect my remaining program when I bought my new Grand Cherokee. I sold the vehicle with 56% value left on the service program and wanted to cancel/collect my remaining refund. Mopar told me to go to the dealership for quickest cancellation and refund. I drove 45 minutes to the dealership and the finance guy refused to process my refund and stated they won’t do so after 60 days. I pointed out the contract states the plan I bought IS still refundable, that the refund comes from Mopar not the dealership, I called Mopar who repeated that I am due a refund, and that the dealership provided nothing and has nothing in writing stating they will not abide by the signed contract terms after 60 days. The finance guy’s response was sorry you’re right but no we won’t give you a refund, accompanied by a blank stare just waiting for me to leave. More
