This is an extremely concerning review to read. Theft is neither tolerated nor condoned at this establishment, and I would like to look into this situation to address it as soon as possible. Henry Jimenez has been fired from your location for unethical behavior (stealing). Other service techs are aware of this kleptomaniac yet no one reported him to the local authorities. This dealership had a due diligence to report Henry Jimenez to the local police, instead this dealership ignored the problem and neglected to provide a safe service environment. Henry Jimenez is at another Jeep location continuing to steal from customers because this dealership lacked integrity.
