Purchased here in the past but this time was different. They use tactic these bait and switch tactics. Its a shame that such a large dealer would still price gouge customers like this. I called and asked them to remove all this protection systems amd they said they would but I just my finance papers with over 4K dollars of items I did t ask for. They made me sign one paper stating that they would remove the ADD one but they didn’t. Crooks! Never again More

This deakeship has some serious problems with the sales staff and I will avoid them if possible. Today July 5th I was ready to purchase a vehicle from the dealership that was recently publishd on autotrade staff and I will avoid them if possible. Today July 5th I was ready to purchase a vehicle from the dealership that was recently publishd on autotrader. My home is 2hrs fro mthe dealiership so I first call and talk to a sales represenatitive named Peter. He confirmed the availablity of the vehicle and I informed him of my 2 hrs drive. At the sametime I received an emial from another sale representative Kyle Gibbons. Once I arrived I asked for Peter but Peter had gone home, Other sales representatives started to mentioned different agent names and I was completely confuse of what was going on. Finally, Andy another sales representative offfered to walk the lot with me to find the vehicle. We didn't find the vehicle, so he checked with another sales representative who informed him that the vehicle was not yet sold but not on the lot. Andy asked him if he could bring it back for me to test drive and explained that i had just drove 2 hrs on holiday. I waited for over an hour and then I was told the vehicle had ben sent in for repairs due to a recall, which i couldnt find on the manufactures website. I knew something extrange was happing so after talkt to Jay he explanined that Peter and the other guys " were not part of his team" and that he didn't know why Peter had confirmed availablity of the vehicle. to make this experience worse, while I waited for the vehicle, I completed my credit application and my credit was pulled! in another effort to get claim my business. This is clearly an incentive issues they have in the way they structure their sales force, which creates for a horrible customer experience, and if you read other reviews you will find clear examples of the management issues this dealerhsip has. More

It will simply be a waste of your time . I drove one hr . Honda Accord coupe 2015 was listed for $15500. Another Toyota Corolla listed for $13800. Guess what , price for Honda went up to 24k and Corolla 20k after me confirming the prices the evening before visit . They will add paint protection plan , theft alert GPS and all the crap . Stay away ! More
Bad customer service!! I asked for out the door price and sales manager wouldn’t provide it for me. Just kept saying pricing changes everyday and wouldn’t provide out the door price. This is the most unprofessional Dealership I have ever worked with. We scheduled and appointment to pick up a new Ram truck they said they had 3. We got there and he said the truck had been sold yesterday!!!!!!! So I am not sure if these people have a communication problem or they simlpy don't care. We wasted all of our day driving ! This company added $4496. not negotiable. And, $5,000 for a car Warrantee of some sort negotiable. To the price of $36,495, when I went to finally sign papers. They say it's a GPS app that tracks the car, interior and exterior protectors, and some other gimmicks good for three years only. We know the Lexus ES300h 2019 already has a great security system on their cars and exteriors and interiors already have sealants to protect them. Therefore, don't be fooled by the price above they really try to charge you $36,495 +$4,496 +$5,000 = $45,991. A higher price than a brand new one at the Lexus dealership. Oh if you complain they will take off the $5,000 which still comes to $40,991 a little less than a brand new one at the Lexus dealership. A concerned customer just giving you full disclosure before wasting 4.5 hours talking to them when I could of just gone to a more honest place and make a deal. Your welcome. Don't waste your time with dishonest people. The car did have a scratch on the passenger side window and above the bumper in the back. You would think at these extra costs they would have the car immaculate. More
