Terrible dealership. They bait and switched me on a 2017 Toyota 86. They listed the car at about $22k and then it somehow has an ending price of $30k. The car did not have any stand out features by the way. It was a base model without push start or auto lock features. Not only that, but they try to rob you too. I was planning to trade in my 2012 Acura TSX until they said they would buy it for $1k. This experience was extremely distasteful. I know Mike Harrington will see this and I’m telling you now your sales staff was also rude. The only pleasant experience here was meeting Yabi a new sales rep. I forgot the name of the person that took over for Yabi, but he was very rude. I ended up buying my 2017 Toyota 86 with a clean title and the technology package for below their original price. I also sold my Acura for 8 times what they offered me. I would avoid this dealership at all cost. Even if it means finding a private seller for the car you want. This dealership will try and milk you out of every possible dollar they can get. I’ve read multiple negative reviews on this dealership and their GM Mike will not own up to a single negative comment made to this dealership. Terrible leadership driven by greed leads to an even worse staff. I had an appointment on April 24 at 4 Pm for the red 2017 Toyota 86 (so the gm can’t use the excuse “i have no records of you purchasing or visiting the dealership” bs that he did with another negative review.) i hope everyone takes my review into consideration, even if you find the perfect spec car here, you can probably find it out of state and ship it to you and the cost would be lower than theirs.
