This dealership is extremely unprofessional. They refuse to sell you a car unless you finance through their own high-interest bank, even if you offer to pay in cash. Awful customer service if going into dealership for anything non sales related. We sold a Tacoma to them and we were strung along and treated rudely when trying to pick up the check. A dealership should provide excellent customer service through any experience with them. If you’re buying a vehicle you should probably consider how they will treat you as a customer throughout the time you own your car. I do not recommend this dealership. If you want a jeep, Chrysler dodge, find a Toyota dealership and buy a used on from them. Or do your homework and find a dealership who will provide good customer service throughout the ownership of your vehicle. More
