I wish you could rate them lower than 1 star. Because with all the dealerships I have dealt with over the years Huntington Beach Dodge Chrysler has been the worst I’ve ever dealt with, and let me Because with all the dealerships I have dealt with over the years Huntington Beach Dodge Chrysler has been the worst I’ve ever dealt with, and let me tell you why. I bought a ram from them in the beginning of the year and it took them over seven months to release the registration for my truck after hundreds of phone calls to everybody in the whole entire dealership. Not one of them called me back in months have passed. I couldn’t even drive the truck around because it had temporary expired license plates and all I had for the truck was that little window sticker and I was legally not to be able to drive my own truck. after six months have gone by. I finally got a hold of someone and I later found out that they sold me the truck without them having the title or registration they illegally sold me a vehicle without having proper ownership, and failed to comply to the 15 to 30 day release to the new owner. about a week ago I finally had to take a day off work and walked in there and went straight to the manager on duty told him my situation and I don’t know if he was scared or didn’t know what to do but he just passed me on to the lead finance person, because the only manager of the store did it want to do with me or tell me exactly what happened after dealing with the lead finance guy and the manager they pretty much told me that it’s a final deal and I’m not gonna do anything at all the team and managers and finance department at Huntington Dodge Chrysler are very disrespectful And I will no longer ever buy a vehicle from this dealership because of them and everyone I have known as family and friends would no longer buy from this dealer. I also work with a huge corporation that buys over 300 vehicles a year from this dealership, and now they will not be buying any more vehicles from this dealership , I can promise you that so long story short if you go buy a vehicle, expect not to get any help from anybody and make sure they have legal ownership of the vehicle before you buy it. Otherwise you’ll be stuck in a predicament like me. More
