Update: As of Feb 11 I have tried multiple times to reach out to the dealer to see how they would like to move forward with offering me something to make up for the Transmission on my Jeep blowing up within out to the dealer to see how they would like to move forward with offering me something to make up for the Transmission on my Jeep blowing up within the first 12 hours that I owned it. They first offered me all weather floor mats and a car wash/detail job. Doesn’t seem like enough to make up for not having a Jeep for 3 weeks. On February 1st I emailed Daniel, one of their Sales Managers as well as thief GM Mike Harrington. I brought up maybe they could give me a steel bumper instead of what they offered me. They have yet to respond to me. DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM HERE. Eleven days ago I purchased a used 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. With 24 hours of having the Jeep it broke down, was stuck in third gear. I was able to get it into a local Jeep dealer within 3 days. Once at the dealer they discover that my Jeep needs a new transmission, and it will take over a month to make this happen due to back orders. The local Jeep service department couldn’t believe Huntington Beach Jeep sold me this vehicle. They said with easy inspection it was apparent this Jeep needed a new transmission. The Jeep has been at the local service department longer than I have had the car. I have reached out to Huntington Beach to see if they would offer me something as an apology. New tires? Aftermarket part? They have not responded More

I was baited also. I drove over 300 miles there and when i got there, they wouldnt sell me the car for the price they was asking for. If there is a possibility of giving less than 1 star I would have, they are a typical bait and switch dealership, the advertised price of any of their vehicles is not the price they will actually sell you would have, they are a typical bait and switch dealership, the advertised price of any of their vehicles is not the price they will actually sell you the car at, there are $4500 in additional bogus markup fees that they will push hard on you. I found a vehicle there for a decently advertised price, only to find out that they want an additional $4500 in bogus fees. When you ask them to remove it they will lie to you and tell you they can't. If you keep asking they will eventually remove the bogus fees, then here is the kicker, if you show up with your own financing then they will insist that you use their financing, at a much higher rate. This is so they can pad (inflate) the rate they give to you. They are really not in the business of selling cars they are really selling bogus fees and financing, the car is just the platform for these devious tactics. Then while you are arguing with them about these fees and using your own financing, they will tell you, oh sorry the car you want just sold to someone else. Also if you have a trade in you would be better off selling it yourself because they will really insult you with a lowball offer. There is a reason people call these places STEALERSHIPS!!!!, they are just out to steal your money in any way they can. I would SERIOUSLY RECOMMEND NOT to do business with them EVER!!!! More
