This is the third time i have brought my 08 Wrangler in for maintenance. The first time i was in for a concerne with the ignition/ key. Rick took the time to walk up and asked what the problem was. The positives: Best price around, hands down. Trade in allowance was way more than expected, and could have been the deal breaker. Oil change took almost 2 hours, when quoted only 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
