October 2025 I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I walked in with my own financing ready to go. The dealership tried to charge me a $750 “option contract” fee just experience at this dealership. I walked in with my own financing ready to go. The dealership tried to charge me a $750 “option contract” fee just to use my own financing, which felt like pressure to switch to their lender. To avoid the fee, I went with their lender. 10 days later, they sent me a formal letter stating they were canceling my contract and demanding I return the truck. Numerous emails and phone calls to finance we never returned. Days later, they emailed me saying they were still trying to finalize my financing and needed a check from my original lender. Their communication was inconsistent and confusing. In the end, I financed through their lender simply to end the chaos, not because it was my first choice. The lack of transparency, the surprise fee, and the conflicting messages made what should have been an exciting truck purchase stressful and frustrating. If you choose to buy here, be aware of unexpected fees and pushy financing tactics. Make sure everything is in writing before signing. More

Tried to start my brand-new Jeep on Sunday it wouldn’t start. I called the dealership several times with no answer. When I gave him my Spanish name, he said he couldn’t understand me, called me “Juan,” and after I corrected him, he literally said “f*** this” and hung up. When I finally got help Monday, Anthony was respectful and actually tried to help the only person there who seemed to care. Everyone else acted like they just show up to collect a paycheck. The communication at this dealership is absolutely terrible no one knows what’s going on, and no one takes responsibility for anything. When I went to pick up my Jeep, the receptionist told me that if it wasn’t parked in the front, I’d have to walk around the entire lot or back area myself to find it because she had no idea where it was. Completely insane and beyond unprofessional. My Jeep had two faulty batteries with only 300 miles, and while that’s not their fault, the way they handled everything was an absolute disaster. Avoid this place they do not respect their customers, care about service, or deserve your business. More
