Dishonest with online quotes. Quoted me a price over the internet and assured me they could give me an even lower price if I came to the dealership. When I got to the dealership they gave me a price $1000 internet and assured me they could give me an even lower price if I came to the dealership. When I got to the dealership they gave me a price $1000 more and said the quote assumed I paid a $1000 downpayment and took that money out of the price. He said it was in the quote but when I pulled up the email there was nothing about that in the email. I showed him and he said it was a mistake and would not honor the price in the email, let alone what I was told on the phone. Just a bunch of sharks. More

My 83 year old mother needed a used car.She decided on a buick suv.We drove it on 2 different occasions and it seemed fine.Then 24-48hrs after she had it,the car developed engine problems,overheats.We told buick suv.We drove it on 2 different occasions and it seemed fine.Then 24-48hrs after she had it,the car developed engine problems,overheats.We told them we weren't interested in that car and he said he would only give us $6500.00 back from the iriginal $8000.00.That was unacceptable so they are spending the first 500.00 to try and fix it.Six days later they are still working on it.Run fast away from these guys. I went to Huntersville Ford for the first time the other day. I got a flat tire on my way to school and they were the closest dealership. I have used Town and Country Ford for many service functions and will now drive across town to let them regularly service my truck..I will NEVER go back to Huntersville Ford again. More
