April 22, 2023 we pulled in to the dealership and no one approached us to see if they could help us for about 20 minutes. Then to have our little ones with us it was a long process to get to finance. We d approached us to see if they could help us for about 20 minutes. Then to have our little ones with us it was a long process to get to finance. We did leave with the vehicle. Less then a week later I called for a mat that was missing and I had no call back. They reach out when they want you to do a survey but when you call for a particular issue they never call you back. I left 3 voicemails and no one returned my call. More

Frank was terrific as a salesman. I felt like he was dealing with me fairly. The detailing department took way too long to get me the car after we had already signed the paperwork and I felt like he was dealing with me fairly. It’s stressful working a deal, signing your life away and then having to wait over an hour seemed to be a bit much, but I liked Frank Zambrano and the finance manager. More

Over the last couple of years, I have been trying to order/buy a Ford Maverick through my local dealership but was not successful. Recently I came upon an EB XLT AWD FX4 4K TOW Maverick online which was order/buy a Ford Maverick through my local dealership but was not successful. Recently I came upon an EB XLT AWD FX4 4K TOW Maverick online which was located at Huntersville Ford. I was able to negotiate a deal that included my trade that no other dealership could match including my local dealer whom I have purchased quite a few cars. I want to personally thank Marshall Sullivan for going out of his way and making sure I was taken care of all the way through the process as well as his staff Lauren, Zack, Angelica, Eric, and Evert.
