Ms. Roberts, We are sorry that you are experiencing buyer's remorse for the second time in a month, but when our customer's leave happy with their purchase and payment knowing 100% of the information prior to signing paperwork and taking delivery, what happens over the next few weeks is out of our hands. When you first came in to trade your Focus, we showed you several options that would fit in your budget, and you decided on the 2015 Fiesta....not by coercion, but because you were excited about the new vehicle. It was explained to you upfront, before you signed any paperwork, that the $1500 down payment check from your Focus' warranty cancellation would be necessary to obtain your desired payment. You agreed to that and is why you willing signed a $1500 check that we would hold until you received the money from the warranty cancellation. All of this was explained and agreed upon upfront. When you left that afternoon excited in the Fiesta, we were happy as well to see another satisfied customer drive home happy. Although it was an extremely busy Labor Day Monday, when you came back several hours later stating you didn't really like the Fiesta and would rather have your Focus back and walk away from the deal, we immediately assisted you and within 20 minutes helped make that happen for you. We made a major exception for you, but since it had only been a couple hours since your purchase, and you were unhappy with the decision you made, we were willing to make that exception and help you out. Prior to you leaving, you pulled your salesperson aside and asked her if there was anything, even a used car that you could buy that day for your desired budget of $280/mo. Francina then showed you several options and after considering them you decided on the 2012 VW Jetta that you purchased. Again, prior to you signing any paperwork, everything was explained to you upfront, including the fact that the $1500 hold check would still be needed to obtain your desired payment. Something which you willingly agreed to. You again left happy in your 2nd vehicle of your choice that day, and we were glad we were able to work things out for you. Since that day, you have been to the dealership several times trying to once again back out of the deal which you willingly agreed to and were happy with the day you purchased. We try our best to assist our customers while they are at the dealership to help them find the vehicle they want and fit it in their budget so they will be happy with their vehicle for many years to come. We are sorry that your choice in a vehicle did not make you happy, but we did give you the option of walking away free and clear that day, when you decided to purchase the Jetta instead. Again, we made a major exception to help you out and our staff went above and beyond to help you achieve your desired payment. We can't do anything about your buyer's remorse or the legally binding contract you willing agreed to and signed, so we hope that you will be able to enjoy the vehicle you selected and chose to purchase a month ago.

Ms. Noe, We are sorry that things did not work out for you and your husband to purchase the Dodge Ram last week. Our finance manager told both of you upfront that due to both of your credit ratings, that it would be hard to secure an approval, but that we would try to get you the best approval possible. This was even handwritten on a form you signed and were given a copy of. We received a letter from your Credit Union stating they were not able to approve the loan, which is why we sought out a different lender that would. We were able to get the loan approved for your desired term of 60 months, but due to several factors, such as the vehicle having over 100k miles, your credit scores, and limited income, the payment for that approved loan was higher than what was originally spoken about, which is completely out of our control. Throughout the entire process at the dealership and after, this was clearly communicated with all parties involved and everything was stated upfront so there would not be any surprises. As a dealership we do our best to help our customers secure the best loan possible, but we are not a lending agency, so when it comes to the actual approval and circumstances involved with that, our hands are tied. We are sorry that you could not afford the payments on the truck, and we still have the approval for you if you want it.
