The manager was disinterested and unapologetic about my unhappiness; stone face shrugged his shoulders as to say "so what". I'd advise not patronizing Huntersville Ford. There are better places to be disrespected. More

Top Notch Dealership Recently I received a recall notice from Ford, Inc. I called Huntersville Ford and made an appointment to have the recall work done along with an oil Recently I received a recall notice from Ford, Inc. I called Huntersville Ford and made an appointment to have the recall work done along with an oil change and tire rotation. The letter from Ford said to plan on the work taking up to half a day. I am retired so this was not a big deal to me. The day of the appointment was rainy and nasty so I settled in the waiting area while the work was being done. I was very comfortable, the coffee was good and the atmosphere in the waiting area was cozy. I was there maybe one hour at the most and the service guy sought me out and said the work was already completed. I was surprised to say the least but happy that all the work was done. My truck was waiting right outside the service entrance door so I didn't even get wet. Huntersville Ford is a great place to do business. Kudos to the management there. More

Very helpful and so quick! Alex was very awesome. I knew exactly what I wanted when I found it online. I called him and he set everything up over the phone. He faxed my bill of Alex was very awesome. I knew exactly what I wanted when I found it online. I called him and he set everything up over the phone. He faxed my bill of sell to the bank and answered all my questions. We live two hours away from the dealership and yet the whole process was so smooth and quick. I spent about 40 minutes total at the dealership because Alex already had every little thing lined up. I am so grateful and I love my new Ford Explorer. More

I have only had the car for 3 years and now everything wants to fall apart. The warranty that I had on the car it expired last month so now I have to pay out-of-pocket to get my window fixed or any other electrical done.If I could trade this car in and get the same payment on a new car I would tired it in. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone because of the way I have been done. I am a Ford person every car I have had has been a Ford I bought my thrid car from y'all and this is my four car from dealership. More

Ethan found out what my needs and wants were and found something that would work with my budget, plus some back up options too. He is well versed in the product and very patient. Ethan made sure that I didn’t feel pressured into making a decision that wasn’t right for me. Ryan worked with the numbers until we agreed on something that I was comfortable with and was calm cool and collected which helped me to be too! Huntersville Ford delivered on great customer service for me Saturday and I couldn’t be happier! More
