Absolutely top notch service! You always know when you arrive by the way someone greets you as to how your experience will go. Been to quite a few dealerships over the last 6 months and this is the first one we visited where we felt a genuine concern for what we wanted and a willingness to discuss our options. Ryan, Shelton and Daniel were all top notch, and honestly quite the professional and good-natured team we have ever dealt with. Absolutely will recommend everyone to go to Huntersville Ford and we look forward to dealing with them in the future for our other vehicle purchases. More

I arrived at the dealership Jackie Layne was there to greet me she had the keys for the truck ready to test drive. During the test drive much to my surprise she was very knowledgeable about the features of this vehicle I was definitely impressed. While waiting for Ryan in finance Jackie was there to answer any questions. During the tedious finance paperwork with Ryan he was very personable and easy to work with. But here's the thing that really impressed me. Jackie took it upon herself to finish detailing my truck after going back to check and find out what was taking so long. I really can't say enough about Jackie and her customer focus engaging personality and willingness to go above and beyond Especially with her just having little experience in vehicle sales. Just wish I lived closer so I could take advantage of the Dealership advantage program. Don't understand why all dealerships don't have this service when a new vehicle is a big investment. More
