When in for and Oil Change came out with a New Truck When in for a oil change .. and then talked to Daniel about a new truck since my 2015 Ford F-150 had lots of miles on it.. So we looked at the new one When in for a oil change .. and then talked to Daniel about a new truck since my 2015 Ford F-150 had lots of miles on it.. So we looked at the new ones I picked out the one I wanted and we went to work on the deal.. very easy to work with Daniel. We closed the deal and I drove off a happy customer once again. They get deeply flawed vehicles on their lots, cover up with some cosmetic tricks, then promise fixes and calls from managers until you can't return the lemon. Scam artists. Our 2018 escape had wax in deep clear coat scratches, the kind that can be concealed, but don't buff out. Thanks to an ice storm, we actually noticed early, but they promised a good deal from their "detail guy," lied about his availability, promised phone calls, and did absolutely nothing. Nothing on their lot is as it seems. Any deal they make is likely just funneling money through their service department. Run. Do not buy from them. More

Excellent Exchange Program & Service! I've have been very happy with Huntersville Ford, since I moved from Texas last year, so I highly recommend them! To begin with, they have gone above and beyond with all my service needs! The guys in the service department have earned my trust in their work, are very polite, and very helpful! So while I was waiting to have a flat fixed before a 17 hour drive out of state, I was informed about the Ford exchange program by Keesha Thompson. I enjoyed my 2016 Edge so much that I decided to find out more about the program so that I could upgrade to a newer model. Keesha introduced me to Uriah Jackson and we discussed the details. When my husband and I came back from our trip, we visited the dealership. We ended up driving out with a 2018 Edge SEL that included all the bells and whistles I wanted with a reasonable price and payment plan. The whole process from start to end was done quickly! I'm super happy with my new vehicle and the whole experience in buying it! Jackson and Keesha are very professional, super approachable and very knowledgeable!
