Incredible Salesperson I have bought and or leased new vehicles from dealerships for the past 40 years. I have never dealt with a salesman like Kevin Baker. The first time I I have bought and or leased new vehicles from dealerships for the past 40 years. I have never dealt with a salesman like Kevin Baker. The first time I went into the Huntersville Ford dealership I informed him I had no intention of leasing but was interested in the Platinum Explorer and merely was interested in checking it out. Without hesitation he was more than willing to help me. He was patient(and I can be a challenge), kind, personable and unbelievably knowledgeable on everything about the vehicle. I went back a second time with my husband and again he spent so much time with us and again answered with an extraordinary knowledge of the vehicle. We left again but did ask him to call us if the model equipped with what I wanted came in. A few days later it did and he called me to come see it. Needless to say we did get the car. His professionalism, personality and knowledge is impeccable. Kevin Baker is a huge asset to your company. I would also like to commend Daniel Hicks for not only his knowledge but for his follow up by phone for any tech questions or issues. Unfortunately, I have not really had a chance to use and learn how to use the technology due to a vacation but am confident that Kevin and Daniel will be extremely helpful with teaching me how to use all these bells and whistles. Excellent customer service I had been looking to make a trade at several dealers. Immediately I would tell the salesman what I was looking for. Service Department I have had three bad experiences with the Service Department. I was told by one of the service technicians (Troy) that I needed a battery. I left Hun I have had three bad experiences with the Service Department. I was told by one of the service technicians (Troy) that I needed a battery. I left Huntersville Ford and immediately went to get a second opinion because the battery was only one year old. The battery was checked and it was determined that I DID NOT need a new battery. On a previous occasion, I went to the Service Department to get an oil change and filter. I was told that they topped off the fluids. However, I found out later that day that they did not. I went back and they did top of fluids, however, I had to return to get this done wasting my tiime. I will never go there again and recommend that you get second opinions before having service done there. More

Top tier dealership Drove 2 1/2 hours from Fort Bragg to purchase a new F150. I was approached by a brand new car salesman(forgot his name but I do know is from Florida) Drove 2 1/2 hours from Fort Bragg to purchase a new F150. I was approached by a brand new car salesman(forgot his name but I do know is from Florida) that was very polite and warm-welcoming and then had the pleasure to work with Tyler. I let them know exactly what vehicle I wanted and that I did not want to spend a lot of time at the dealer. Tyler attentively and professionally started the buying process with me and made it very smooth. If you're looking for small-town treatment with the drive to get you the deal you want of a big city dealer this is the spot. Even the General Manager Stacy came out and introduced himself and assured me he was going to work as hard as he could for me. This dealer all-around shows that the customer is their number one priority and achieving nothing less than pure satisfaction from them. Additionally, If you're military THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU. Very friendly people My wife and I meet Mr. Fritz at the dealership. We had been looking for a F-150 for awhile. We found the one we could not leave without. Before we went for the test drive Mr. Fritz went and got his iPhone charger because my phone was going dead and so that he could show us how the apple CarPlay worked.
