The staff is very nice and helpful and Andrew in finance was great. However this Ford dealer doesn't have a 72 hour return policy like some other Ford dealers in the area. After hours of dealing with several dealerships through emails and texts Angelica was able to give me a final price on a truck I was interested in. When we arrived I met Angelica, then Michael helped through the rest of the purchasing process. The purchase price was exactly what was negotiated.
