Used Chevy Tahoe Purchase To start - I found a used SUV that I was interested in during an online search. I messaged with the online chat person to set up an appointment and wa To start - I found a used SUV that I was interested in during an online search. I messaged with the online chat person to set up an appointment and was connected to Alexandra H. who was the person who set it up for me via text. I even confirmed the morning off to make sure it was set. When I got to the dealership no one knew I was coming and they did not know where the vehicle was. Steven F. ended up being the one to help us find the vehicle and allow us to inspect it and take it for a test drive. The vehicle had just arrived 2 days before and there were no pictures available online yet and the car had not been inspected or detailed, but based upon the car fax and condition of the vehicle prior to being inspected/detailed, my wife and I were happy with it and decided to purchase. This process was long and painful - from table to closing it took approximately 4 hours! There wasn't a lot of back and forth either. We did the "4 square" with Steven, we told him what we were wanting, then the sales manager Aaron S. came out to "close" the deal, but we were still off a little, so then Bob S. came over and gave us his "best & final" which we accepted. The time between these interactions and then the wait to "close" was debilitating. My wife and I were exhausted and ready to leave just so we could get something to eat for dinner. Meanwhile we are looking into the front office where 4-5 gentleman were having conversations/working? Upon us telling Steven we had to leave and that we would have to come back later to finish some other time - Aaron S. said he could just do the paperwork to get us on our way....4 hours later! (Could this have not been an option earlier?) 4 days went by with no updates on the inspection and detailing of the vehicle. So I reached out to Steven to follow up, he said that they were behind in the shop, but it would be done the next day. He called me around 2 pm the next day to tell me everything was ready to go for pick up. When my wife and I arrived at 5:30 for pick up the vehicle was up front, but it was not ready to go. We went around the vehicle looking at it and could tell it was not cleaned very well. At this point we just wanted to be done and leave disappointed. We were looking for the service report that was done to the used vehicle by their shop for our records and it was not available? There was no receipt available for the funds that we wired, and no information on time frame for the title and registration? My wife was very upset at this point and found Kieth H. and told him about the experience. He gave her his card and told her we could take the car to a detailer to have it cleaned better; just to not go crazy$$$! I took it upon myself to buy detailing supplies and spent 6 hours of my own time fully detailing inside & out/waxing the vehicle to my standards of clean. We submitted the receipt to him in an email on 7/23 and he got back to us today 7/24 and said he submitted the receipt to get a check sent out to us for those detailing supplies. I know Steven is new and learning, but I feel there is a good opportunity for additional training here by management and taking a closer look at your process to see how you can speed things up, be more responsive, and much more organized when it comes to paperwork. I hope this feedback helps your operations and gives everyone involved some areas of opportunity to improve. Eric was knowledgeable and responsive throughout the sales process. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding that did not surface until after the purchase of the car but Huntersville Ford was quick to resolve the matter. Given that this issue was discovered after the car purchase it would have been easy for the dealership to either outright refuse or attempt to negotiate covering the associated costs, but their immediate response was to accept full responsibility of the misunderstanding and cover 100% of the costs on this matter. Their response aligns to the dealership’s “Buyer’s Advantage” commitments and reflects the ownership’s integrity as further demonstrated by their support of local charities. I Initially considered Huntersville Ford having read information about them and prior reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised that they lived up to every bit and more of my expectations. More

I found one that I liked and decided to see what sort of deal we could make. Needless to say 2 hrs later I am walking out with a new vehicle. Everyone in the Sales Dept were professional and catered to my needs. This is now my 2nd vehicle that I have bought from Huntersville Ford and each deal went smooth and as they stated.
