We did receive an internet lead from this customer on 9/29 at 3:29 pm our time. There was not a phone number attached with the lead. We did email the customer. He did call in at 4:17 pm on the same day and spoke with a BDC rep. He is from Nevada so we are are few hours ahead. We sent him a video of the truck. He wanted us to hold a used vehicle for over two week until he could get here. He was negotiating and offering us less money. We had several customer inquiring about this particular vehicle. The next morning the vehicle did sell. The customer was upset and called in and spoke with the GSM and he tried to explain this to him. There was never a deal reached as he was negotiating for less money on the truck on 9/29. The Truck sold the next morning on 9/30. He did speak with two managers here at the dealership. He spoke with the BDC manager for over 10 minutes asking her to take less money and hold the vehicle for over two weeks. He also spoke with the GSM the next morning at 11:10 am but the truck had already sold. You said that we sold your deal to someone else but we never had a deal as your terms or price were never agreed to. We hope you understand that we could not take that much less nor hold a used vehicle for 16 days. We do hope you find what you are looking for.

I was never given the courtesy of return call to close the deal on Friday. The staff never would call me back. I told the sales agent (Jada)on Friday I was ready to consummate the deal with a down payment on Friday with $10,000. I called three times on Friday and could not get answers to basic questions on the truck.I called back on Saturday and spoke to two different people. They now informed me they had people at the dealership looking at the truck. Had they responded to me on Friday, the deal would have been done. I was told by Aaron on Saturday that he was sorry that Jada and Brian never called me back on Friday but they now had people at the dealership ready to buy the same truck I tried to buy the previous day. When I told Aaron that did not seem fair because I was the first customer but could not get a return call, his response was one of you two customers was going to be upset and the people at the dealership were local so too bad for me. This was managements response, someone is going to be “pissed” better me an internet buyer. Aaron told me he would call me back that day Saturday to let me know if the other people did not buy the truck. Guess what, I never heard back from Aaron (Management) on Saturday. On Monday sent a negative text to Aaron telling him how dissatisfied and disappointed I was with their dealership. When management does not return the call he promised to make it is understandable the his sales staff would not return calls on Friday. It must be the policy of the dealership to not return call on internet customers. Aaron sent me an email after I responded and said I must have mis understood the conversation on Saturday. Their policy is is to tape all conversations. I would suggest that Stacy Cowan General Manager or Dan Parks, Founding partner review the phone conversations and see the lack of professional service being offered to internet customers. I am sure other customers have had the same experience they just don’t take the time to write a review. I would not buy a used bicycle for such an unethical dealership. I am a long time Ford customer and will be writing to Ford Motor Company. I just checked the BBB and this dealership has other reviews just like mine. One out of five star rating. Seems like time to clean house. I hope this honest review saves someone the time and stress of dealing with this terrible dealer. If there was a negative rating they would be getting it. Buyers, go elsewhere.
