Our Sales guys was great. We are from Ohio the truck is in North Carolina and he went and made us a video of the whole truck and some details features since we didn’t wanna drive just to see. I found a vehicle we were interested in on the website but due to schedule conflicts, my husband and I could only travel to the dealership (we live over an hour away) that same day after work. Our salesman, Angel got to work right away by sending us a personalized walk around video of the vehicle and got the sales process started electronically. The staff stayed late for us to arrive and make the deal and we were able to drive the vehicle home that same night. My salesman, Angel Martinez actually came back in after hours so that we could close the deal. The Sales Manager, Aaron Swarner and the Finance Manager, Franklin Zambrano both stayed late as well and were essential in closing this sale. I appreciate the extra time and effort that went into making this purchase happen and have already recommended the dealership to friends.
