Bought my brand new F-150 here February 9th, 2024. The truck is good. However after a few days I noticed a lose piece on my grill. I took it back to them andthey scheduled for it to be serviced today at 9:30. I arrived at 9:20, checked in. I was advised the week prior and the day of arrival it would take around 2 hours. That is fine. I am self-employed and I can wait. 2 hours and 20 minutes later I go to check on the status of the repair as I have an appointment at 1:00 and I need my truck. To my surprise my truck has not been brought into the garage for service, they have even begun the repair. They then (the service department) try to bring it in and expect me to wait an additional two hours for the work to be completed. No one in the service department reached out to inform me that the work to my truck had not started and would be delayed. For two hours and twenty minutes I sat there without any knowledge. No one came to apologize; they did however make excuses. I gave the dealership a great review after my initial purchase, I now regret that decision. This experience made me feel like I don't matter to them now that they have my money. You would think after purchasing a new vehicle they would go above and beyond to right the situation. I would not buy from this dealership, up front you are treated very well, especially when they are trying to get your money. I do not get the feeling they care for repeat business, at least the service department does not. More
After arriving to the service dept. we were quoted $250+ tax for a diagnostic check on my wife’s 2019 Ford Ranger. I knew exactly what the problem was and said the service manager that worked on it would explain further BUT they refused to call or understand what I said. We went ahead with the diagnosis and sure enough that WAS the issue. I don’t understand them when they REFUSED to listen or even call the service manager at Meineke. With that said, “I can NOT RECOMMEND” Huntersville Ford service dept when they refused to listen to a repeat customer or make a phone call. It is OUTRAGEOUS when they take advantage on this type of situation. NOT RECOMMENDED. More

The process of purchasing a vehicle was better than I expected. Expressed interest in a vehicle via online app and within minutes I received call from dealership. Prior to the new owners taking over this dealership I wouldn't go in there. After the new owners took over, I stopped by and met one of the owners and he spent over an hour with me introducing me to his new staff. Since then I have become a dedicated fan. Good prices....good service.....Very open and honest. More
Everything went very smoothly and with no pressure at all. I test drive a brand new Mustang GT Premium and a 2017 and ended up with the latter.
